Tastefully decorated hacienda style detached villa, finca with a large 3000m garden with lawn, fruit trees, and lots of flowers and plants and trees. Large swimming pool (10 x 5 m) on the side of the house( more tranquility) in the garden and a large terrace ( Naya). Lots of privacy. On the long Naya is a long dining table and a lounge outdoor sofa.
The house is completely on one level. Very fully furnished, all (kitchen) equipment is available. Also a washing machine and a drying machine in a separate room.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a large living room. Flat screen TV with satellite reception. Free fiber, very fast. Double WiFi. Central heating and full air conditioning in all rooms.
There is a fence around the entire garden. Your dog can't run away. You will receive a remote control in front of the entrance gate. There is a lot of parking space inside the fence.
Even in high season you will find all the peace and quiet you could wish for in the garden.

The swimming pool
The swimming pool has been completely renovated. Re-tiled and now equipped with an underwater staircase and long bench. The bottom slopes from 1.50 to 2.20. A new pump automatically takes care of water purification and refreshment. There are sun loungers by the pool.
On request, we will set up the safety fence around the pool for you and your children.
Our pool man comes at least 1x a week for check-ups and cleaning. And provides crystal clear water! There are 2 underwater lamps, for atmospheric lighting for an evening swimming party.
Our house manager
She will assist you with check-in upon arrival. And makes sure that bed linen and towels are ready. She will show you around. Also during your stay are available for questions or help.
Welcome letter
You will receive a welcome letter from us about 2 weeks before your stay.

The neighborhood
Our house is located against the Montgo mountain. It provides a lot of shelter and ensures a pleasant climate.
Both Spaniards and foreigners live in the neighborhood and it has a friendly feel. Many residents take a short walk and chat there every day.
It is quiet and peaceful.

An idyllic place to get away from it all. We had such a fantastic time relaxing at the house and around the pool area and garden that we hardly went out! The tranquility of the area and the beautiful garden make this spacious property an excellent place to get away from it all. Very easy and efficient communication with Joana who welcomed us upon arrival. A car is needed for the short drive into town and beach or the many nearby supermarkets. Rustic style villa highly recommended Very complete, very nice villa with very spacious rooms, comfortable and isolated from each other, all with air conditioning. Perfectly furnished with good quality materials and with all the necessary tools for a very comfortable stay.
