Only 2.5 kilometers away from the fantastically beautiful palm sand beach El Arenal with its bustling boulevard, you will find the Spanish Villa Casa Karolida. Ideal for a wonderful beach holiday or relaxing by the private pool and garden of the villa.

This tastefully furnished 6-person villa is built on a very spacious flat plot and has a spacious private swimming pool (8 x 4/5 meters). There are beds available to relax by the pool. The beautifully landscaped garden is completely fenced and therefore private.

The villa is comfortable and fully equipped and is tastefully decorated. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, of which the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
The 2nd large bedroom has the bathroom right around the corner. The 2 very spacious bedrooms have air conditioning so that sufficient cooling can be provided. The living/dining room is also equipped with air conditioning, which can also provide cooling in the 3rd bedroom. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and light and have shutters to ensure complete blackout. Furthermore, all rooms have sufficient storage space and the beds are of excellent quality with nice mattresses. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom has a bath (with shower), toilet and sink.

The house faces south, so you can enjoy the Spanish sun all year round. The living/dining room has double doors leading to the naya and terrace. The beautiful, landscaped garden has different types of trees, tropical palms and flowering shrubs. You can relax in the naya. The terrace has several areas for sunbathing and relaxing and has cooking facilities with an authentic BBQ, an electric grill plate and a large electric pan.

There is ample private parking available for several cars. You can also park on the very wide and quiet street. Fiber optic internet is stable and fast (1000Mb) and equipped with an extra WiFi point so that you have optimal reach throughout the house. The TV is equipped with a ChromeCast so you can stream/watch everything on your TV.
