Just 2.5 kilometers away from the fantastically beautiful palm sand beach El Arenal with its bustling boulevard, you will find the Spanish Villa Casa Karolida. Ideal for a wonderful beach holiday or enjoy the private pool and garden of the villa.

This tastefully decorated 6 person villa is built on a very spacious flat plot and has a spacious private swimming pool (8 x 4/5 meters). There are beds available to lie by the pool. The beautifully landscaped garden is fully fenced and therefore private.

The villa is comfortable and fully equipped and is attractively decorated. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
The 2nd large bedroom has the bathroom right around the corner. The 2 very spacious bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning so that sufficient cooling can be provided. The living/dining room is also equipped with air conditioning, which can also provide cooling in the 3rd bedroom. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and bright and equipped with shutters so that complete blackout can be provided. Furthermore, all rooms are equipped with sufficient storage space and the beds are of excellent quality with fine mattresses. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom has bath (with shower), toilet and sink.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster etc.. etc.

The house is south facing so you can enjoy the Spanish sun all year round. The living/dining room has double doors leading out to the naya and terrace. The beautiful, landscaped garden has different types of trees, tropical palms and flowering shrubs. You can lounge in the naya. The terrace has several areas for sunbathing and relaxing and has cooking facilities with an authentic bbq, electric griddle and large electric pan.

There is plenty of private parking available for several cars. You can also park on the very wide and quiet street. Fiber optic internet is stable and fast (1000Mb) and equipped with an extra wifi point so that you have an optimal range throughout the house. The TV is equipped with a ChromeCast so you can stream/watch basically anything to your TV.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of chargecancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rent
