This beautiful modern house with Ibiza atmosphere has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is located on the Montgo in Jávea. This spacious two-storey house is perfect for families.

The top floor has a spacious living room, a modern open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a 180x200 bed and have air conditioning. In the living room you will find a comfortable, spacious sofa with LG Smart television (Ultra HD). The living room also has air conditioning. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an American refrigerator (Samsung), a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. The spacious living room also has a dining table for 8 people. Adjacent to the living room you will find a spacious terrace with a long dining table overlooking the swimming pool and surroundings. Enjoy the beautiful Spanish weather on this spacious terrace; ideal for waking up quietly with a cup of coffee or for lunch/drinks with family and friends.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, sink and toilet. You will also find a spacious walk-in closet here. In bedroom two you will find a desk, a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. The third bedroom upstairs also has its own bathroom. This bathroom can be found opposite the bedroom in the hall. The ground floor has a spacious bedroom, a bathroom and an area to relax. You have direct access to the terrace/swimming pool from both the lounge area. The cozy outdoor kitchen with bar has a barbecue plate, a sink, refrigerator and a dining table. There are several places on the terrace to lounge and chill. In the garage you will find a washing machine and dryer.

In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rent will be charged.
In case of cancellation less than 35 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental amount will be charged.
