Within 5 minutes you are on the bustling Arenal beach, with pleasant boulevards, shops, restaurants and bars. Or discover the charm of the old town, the harbour and the many idyllic bays – all within a 10 to 15-minute drive.

Whether you choose a relaxing family holiday, an active cycling or walking trip, or just want to relax, this villa offers it all. Discover the 20 km long coastline with quiet rocky bays, cliffs for snorkeling and lovely sandy beaches. Or stay at the villa, where you can enjoy the spacious enclosed garden (1200 m²) in complete privacy. At the swimming pool (10x4 m) you will find plenty of nice places to sunbathe or relax in the shade.

Luxury and comfort
The villa is cleverly laid out over two levels. The upper floor welcomes you through the naya into a spacious living room with open kitchen. Here you will also find two bedrooms, each with a brand new bathroom (2024). Through this floor you can walk straight onto the terrace, towards the garden and the swimming pool.
Downstairs, directly at the pool, is an attractive apartment with its own bedroom, bathroom and a practical laundry room.

The villa is fully equipped: super fast fiber optic wifi and TV, air conditioning in all areas and heating for the winter months (central heating and pellet stove). Working remotely? No problem! There is space for two cars in the covered parking area. From Alicante or Valencia, you can reach this paradisiacal place in just an hour's drive.

In 2021 we became the owners of this fine finca. The enormous diversity of the area, from commercial and grand to small and remote, it's all there, and the green nature and clean air brought us to Javea.
We immediately knew that all the puzzle pieces were correct. The garden embraces the house and is rich in flowers and plants. We love a modern look and that Ibiza feeling. We are not always there ourselves and can therefore also let others enjoy our house.

Cancellation

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, the landlord must be informed immediately. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation from 8 weeks to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period 65% is due and in case of cancellation from 6 weeks to the start date of the rental period or later and in case of no-show 100% is due

One of the most beautiful calas or beach bars of the Costa Blanca. A natural swimming pool in the sea, after a few meters in the water you get a soft sandy bottom. In the summer presence of lifeguards and red cross

Montgo mountain dominates the skyline for miles around. Also known as the Elephant head, the ascent of this is certainly a fun challenge. The top is 211 meters and the tour is 2.2 kilometers with an ascent of 6.7%.
