Wonderful holiday apartment for families, friends or couples up to 4 people (with the addition of 1 baby cot). Relax by the pool in the beautifully landscaped garden of the small complex, enjoy the view of the Mongo on the balcony and a beautiful sunset at the end of the day. Our apartment is fully equipped and a 7-minute walk from the port of Jávea, the sea and close to restaurants, shopping promenade and beaches. Casa Fieno is fully equipped. Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday. It is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation!

Apartment
Apartment Fieno is a luxurious apartment in “Riviera Maison” style, furnished with an open kitchen. The living room has access to the balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A bathroom with washbasin, bath/shower and toilet is adjacent to the master bedroom. A second bathroom can be found on the other side of the house with washbasin, toilet and steam cabin/shower. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the building has an elevator. The balcony is equipped with awnings that guarantee privacy but provide a view from the inside. In winter, this apartment is very comfortable due to the underfloor heating.

Air conditioning is available in all rooms for a wonderfully cool night's sleep!

Service
Our help will receive you upon arrival, give you the keys and explain everything. You don't need to bring anything. All basic necessities are provided. Think of pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, but also games for the children. We also have more than enough bed linen and towels. The helper will come and take the key back upon departure. The house is cleaned after departure. A safe for your valuables is available.

TV & WIFI
There is a TV with Dutch channels. There is also wireless WiFi. So internet is available.

For extra convenience
A washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, microwave, oven and Nespresso machine are ready for you. For just that little bit more luxury and convenience. Are you coming to stay with a baby or smaller child? We will be happy to arrange baby supplies such as a bed and chair for you.

Swimming pool & Sports facilities
In the Jardines del Gorgos complex you can enjoy two lovely swimming pools in the beautiful tropical garden. Also suitable for small children. The pools are surrounded by a spacious lawn and equipped with palm trees for shade in the summer. The apartment has 2 lovely large chairs and two highchairs ready for you to take to the edge of the pool or in the shade under the palm trees. There is a heated indoor swimming pool in the early and late season. There is a jacuzzi, sauna and paddle court in the complex, as well as a fitness room with spacious separate changing rooms and showers.

Javea is the healthiest place in Europe
The weather in Javea is actually always fine. It doesn't get really cold in winter. In the spring you can quickly sit outside. In summer it does not get very hot, as can be the case in central and southern Spain. During the day the average temperature is about 30 degrees. The nights are sultry.
Javea has been named by the World Health Service as the city with the healthiest climate in Europe. Partly because the town is located at the very tip of Spain's easternmost coast and there are no (polluting) industries in the area.

Javea and surroundings
Javea has a relaxing and typically Spanish atmosphere with many contrasting features and is the perfect place to enjoy your holiday. Javea Pueblo, the old center of Javea, is worth a visit. You can enjoy the beautiful white buildings with Gothic features, characteristic of Javea. Javea Puerto is still in service as a fishing port. There is a real Spanish atmosphere because of the many cozy bars and restaurants. Playa de Arenal is Javea's boulevard with a sandy beach. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants. There are playgrounds for children on the beach. The popular sandy beach Arenal is located in a sheltered bay. There are many sports options in Javea; Walking, cycling, surfing, snorkeling, diving, golfing and horse riding. Javea is surrounded by beautiful nature reserves. Montgo is a beautiful walking environment for young and old with different walking levels.
There are several nice villages and towns nearby. Think of Denia, Moraira, Teulada, Altea and Calpe. Valencia and Alicante are also worth visiting and can be reached within an hour by car.
