We immediately fell in love when we walked into the garden and saw the house and swimming pool for the first time :-)! What a cozy and cozy house, that great veranda, the peace, the space, the privacy and comfort, and everything you need for a nice holiday within reach!

From the covered veranda you look out over the beautiful garden (1000 m2!) with large terrace, spacious and completely renovated and illuminated swimming pool (10x5m) with sun beds with lovely cushions and thatched parasols, outdoor shower, BBQ and hammock. The veranda with large dining table, lounge seating and outdoor kitchen is a wonderful place for breakfast in the sun, dining for hours in the evening or playing a nice game and also offers plenty of shade during the warm times of the day.

Our house has a large living room with open kitchen, dining table, lounge sofa and TV, two bedrooms with wonderful beds and pillows, a bathroom with walk-in/rain shower and washing machine and is suitable for 4-6 people. All rooms have air conditioning (cold/warm). In addition, there is super-fast WiFi via a fiber optic connection both inside and outside. And an Apple TV for streaming your favorite series or TV programs.

In the garden near the pool you will find the pool house with outdoor shower. Inside there is an extra toilet, a sink, two extra sleeping places and various play equipment for the swimming pool.

Our villa is centrally located in a beautiful green and quiet area, near the idyllic bays of Portitxol and Granadella with cozy restaurants. Within walking distance you will find spectacular viewpoints over the sea and rocks and delicious restaurants. The center of Javéa and the sandy beach of Arenal, with boulevard and many restaurants/bars, is only 7 minutes away. A supermarket, which is located next to the tennis and padel courts, is 200 meters away.

Hello! We are Ivar and Isabella and we immediately fell in love with this house; cozy and cozy, authentic Spanish but luxuriously renovated and a lovely veranda with a view over the garden and the swimming pool. Quietly located in a green neighborhood and yet central to all amenities for a nice holiday! We love taking a walk to the viewpoint with the lighthouse of Cabo de la Nau (and eating paella there :-)). We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 30th and the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
