We fell in love when we walked into the garden and saw the house and pool for the first time :-) ! What a cozy and cozy house, and that peace, space, privacy and comfort. Authentic Spanish, but decorated in Ibiza style. And everything you need for a wonderful holiday is at your fingertips!
From the outdoor living room you look out over the beautiful Mediterranean garden (1000 m2!) with a large terrace, a terrace with thatched roof and lovely lounge sofas, and a spacious, completely renovated and illuminated swimming pool (10x5m). Around the pool you will find bamboo sunbeds with lovely cushions and thatched umbrellas, an outdoor shower, BBQ and hammock.
The outdoor living room with large dining table, lounge chairs and outdoor kitchen, is a wonderful place for breakfast in the sun, hours of dining in the evening or playing a game. At the warm times of the day I sit there in the shade.
Our house has a large living room with open kitchen, dining table and lounge sofa. There are two bedrooms with lovely beds and pillows, a bathroom with walk-in / rain shower and washing machine.
In addition, there is a pool house in the garden that was converted in April 2025 into a beautiful and luxurious guest house with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet.
All rooms are air-conditioned (cold/hot). In addition, there is superfast WiFi both inside and outside via a fiber optic connection. In the living room you will find a smart TV with NL Ziet, so you can watch your favorite series or TV programs.
A baby cot and high chair are available.
Our villa is centrally located in a beautiful green and quiet area, near the idyllic bays of Portitxol and Granadella. Within walking distance you will find spectacular viewpoints over the sea and rocks and several delicious restaurants. The center of Javéa and the sandy beach of Arenal, with boulevard and many restaurants/bars is only 7 minutes away. A supermarket, which is located next to the tennis and padel courts, is 200 meters away.
