### About the property
Enjoy an authentic stay in Jávea in this spacious traditional village house, fully renovated and arranged over three floors. The property is located in a very quiet residential area, while remaining close to the town’s main attractions.
Jávea’s historic centre and Market Square are approximately a 5-minute walk away, while the beach, restaurants and promenade of the port can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot.
The property offers flexible accommodation for groups of up to 10 guests. The main house includes three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two spacious living rooms, a fully equipped indoor kitchen and a separate summer kitchen.
The house is fully air-conditioned, including all three bedrooms and both living rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year. It has been completely renovated, with a renewed roof, improved thermal and acoustic insulation, and new windows and doors. These improvements provide modern comfort while preserving the character of a traditional Jávea townhouse.
### Indoor and outdoor spaces
The two separate living rooms provide plenty of space for families and groups to relax together or enjoy some privacy.
Outside, guests can enjoy two spacious terraces, one of which has an awning for shade during the warmer months. The summer kitchen, equipped with a gas griddle, is ideal for preparing breakfasts, lunches and relaxed evening meals outdoors.
On the upper floor, there is also a cosy coffee area in the attic, offering a peaceful place to enjoy a morning coffee, read or relax.
### Independent ground-floor studio
The property includes a self-contained studio on the ground floor, located at the rear of the private garage. It has its own kitchen, private bathroom and private patio, as well as air conditioning and newly installed amenities.
The studio can be securely locked and used independently from the rest of the house, offering additional privacy for couples, families or members of a larger group. Its ground-floor location and convenient access through the parking area make it particularly suitable for guests with reduced mobility, although the property is not advertised as fully adapted accommodation.
The base rate is based on a stay for 6 persons. The studio will remain closed.

### Private parking
For added convenience, the house has a private garage with space for one large car or, depending on their dimensions, two small cars. Guests can park securely and explore Jávea’s historic centre, port and beach comfortably on foot.
