Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer combination, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher, combi microwave, combi oven and washing machine. 2 Bathrooms with shower. Towels, beach towels and bed linen are included. Cool bag and parasol are provided for a wonderful day at the beach. This apartment has a communal swimming pool with a small playground and some outdoor fitness equipment. Upon arrival, a luxurious welcome package will be waiting for you and you will be welcomed by our friendly hostesses.

Playa de Muntanyar and Platja de la Grava are both a fifteen-minute walk away. Boulevard and Arenal beach are 5 minutes away (car). In the immediate vicinity you will find plenty of cozy restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Valencia and Alicante airports are both approximately 100 km from Boho Chic.

We are Harie & Miena Lutgens,

We have been coming to beautiful Javea for 10 years with its beautiful beaches, good restaurants and a great harbor. Javea is now deep in our hearts. We always enjoy ourselves here 100%. In 2023 we became the proud owners of this fantastic apartment. We can be found here as much as possible, and that is why we have decided to let others enjoy this beautiful place by also renting it out.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
