Beach apartment in prime location

The beach apartment is located directly on El Arenal and has a great view of the sea and the lively beach life of Jávea. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy the exceptionally wide view of the entire bay with a drink in hand. With the same ease you can walk into one of the many nice restaurants or bars. Inside, the apartment has been completely renovated and is modern and attractively decorated with bohemian style elements, making it feel like coming home. Air conditioning available throughout the apartment.
The apartment is practically furnished with a living room with open kitchen, a nice modern bathroom with spacious walk-in rain shower and a very spacious bedroom. In the living room there is a bright comfortable sofa bed, which can easily be transformed into a large and comfortable bed for 2 people in the evening . There is a flat screen TV on which you can watch TV channels in all possible languages. There is also a soundbar for streaming Spotify songs.  
In the kitchen you will find everything you need, such as an oven / microwave, fridge with freezer, a L'Or expresso machine and a regular filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and of course plenty of crockery and cooking utensils,
Also from the very spacious bedroom you have a great view of the bay of El Arenal. It has a practical built-in wardrobe and if necessary there is enough space for placing a cot (available free of charge). There are beautiful white tiles on the floor, cool in the summer and easy to keep clean.
There is a communal swimming pool if you want to read a book in the garden.
In short, a modern and attractive apartment in a great location where you can leave the car! 
We do not rent per month in the winter months (November to March), but we do give a 25% discount when booking for a minimum of 4 weeks.

You can easily reach Jávea by flying to Valencia or Alicante; Javea is located right between these two airports (about 100 km drive). There is an excellent and cheap shuttle bus service (Beniconnect.com) from Alicante airport, which stops near the apartment. 

Jávea has a lot to offer and consists of three parts; The old Javea with its typical Spanish character with narrow streets with beautiful shops and delicious restaurants. The marina of Javea with attractive terraces and of course the El Arenal beach with its lovely boulevard with trendy Ibiza-like restaurants, bars, shops and lounge clubs. In addition, Jávea is known for its beautiful, rocky bays such as Granadella and Barraca. These are very suitable for practicing water sports such as the popular supping, canoeing or snorkeling and diving.

By car you can easily reach the versatile Denia, Moraira, Altea, Calpe and Albir which are also worth a visit! And a day in Valencia with its modern architecture,  historic buildings and kilometre-long sandy beach is also highly recommended. 

If you prefer to be active: there are several beautiful cycling and walking routes that take you along the most beautiful places. 

There are many options for golfers. In the area you can play golf at Javea Golf Club (9 holes) or at the La Sella golf course (18 holes), but there are also nice golf courses in Benidorm or Olivia (45 min drive).
