This nice corner apartment was renovated in April 2019. Quietly located in a closed complex on the 1st floor (no elevator). It has a living room, two bedrooms, hall, kitchen, bathroom and a covered south-facing balcony. The popular La Isla apartment complex of which this apartment is part, has a beautifully landscaped garden and the communal swimming pool is the largest in Javea. The fine sandy beach and the cozy and centrally located boulevard are only a 6-minute walk away. Also facilities such as supermarket, shops, restaurants and ATM are nearby.

¡Hola! We are Frank & Sylvana and we live with our family since 2017 in the beautiful Javea (or Xabia as the Valencians say). In our search for a sunny place to live and work, we arrived here a year ago. With its fine sandy beach, lively boulevard, old town and nice harbor Javea is a very versatile place on the Costa Blanca. As residents we can give you good tips for nice trips and fine restaurants. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include the use of bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and bath towels etc.

Prices are excluding final cleaning at E 100.00. This amount must be paid in cash at check-out or can be deducted from the deposit.

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. The guest pays the total price of the reservation if he/she cancels within 28 days of arrival. If the guest does not show up, he/she will pay the total price of the reservation.

Ask for the special rates for bookings of 3 weeks and longer.
