This beautiful villa, holiday home, is for rent in El Pinet / La Marina (Alicante) and is located no less than a few hundred meters/a few minutes walking distance from the beach and close to a nature reserve, the location of this villa is unique.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living and dining room, a closed spacious kitchen including washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, one bedroom has a balcony. There is a spacious roof terrace on the second floor. In addition to the presence of a beautiful private swimming pool with a large terrace and palm trees, there is also a communal swimming pool that can be used free of charge.

Parking is available both on site and on the street side of the house. Furthermore, there is air conditioning in all rooms and there is free WIFI internet.

The beaches of La Marina-El Pinet are very extensive, there are 3 restaurants on the beach within walking distance and there is also a beautiful walking route in the nature reserve. The villa is very easy and quick to reach from the airport, approximately 20 minutes. Various large towns such as Alicante and Elche can be visited nearby and La Marina is surrounded by several pleasant seaside resorts such as Santa Pola and Guardamar del Segura.

Explanation of prices

Cancellation
1. If the tenant unexpectedly has to cancel the accommodation, the following cancellation percentages will be charged of the rental price;
o more than 60 days before the arrival date: 25%
o between 60 and 31 days before the arrival date:50%
o between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 80%
o between 14 days and the arrival date: 100%
2. Any bank costs associated with the refund will be borne by the tenant
3. The cancellation must be confirmed by email to the landlord, the date of receipt is leading for the calculation

Deposit
1. The deposit must be paid on site. The costs for electricity and water will be deducted from the deposit.
2. At the end of the stay, the tenant will be refunded the remaining amount.
3. In the event of damage, defects or if the accommodation is not left clean, the deposit may be withheld in whole or in part.
4. If the deposit is unexpectedly insufficient to cover the costs of water and electricity and/or in the event of damage and/or defects the amount of the deposit is insufficient, the remaining amount must be paid immediately by the tenant.

Dissolution
1. The landlord is entitled to immediately terminate the lease if the tenant, after being addressed/notified, does not behave as a good tenant. In particular if the tenant causes nuisance to the residential environment despite warnings from the owner and/or manager.
2. In the event of force majeure, the lessor is entitled to terminate the rental agreement in whole or in part without the tenant being able to claim performance and/or compensation. The landlord will make every effort to propose a suitable alternative. If this alternative is not accepted by the tenant, the amounts paid will be fully refunded to the tenant.
