Casa 3 Palmeras

This luxurious casa was completely renovated/converted into a perfect holiday home in 2021. As a Dutch owner, I opted for a mix of traditional Spanish and Ibiza style with a nice sleek finish during the renovation. Casa 3 Palmeras is a picture of a "small" villa. Everything is correct and it is very attractively decorated. From the front, with a pergola with sun blinds that blocks the sun at the hottest times, you have a breathtaking panoramic view. This is one of the most popular places to read a book or drink a glass of wine with family and/or friends.

Relax by the lovely swimming pool (kidney-shaped) surrounded by a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, 4 sun beds and 2 parasols. Here you will also find a pergola with a fantastic outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and cold water tap. There is also a beautiful BBQ and dining table with 8 chairs, so you can cook outside until the late hours and enjoy a delicious meal with family and/or friends. In the evening with candlelight, enjoy all the lights and the beautiful view from the garden or from the roof terrace. With its complete kitchen (including an air fryer/microwave/deep fryer and much more luxury), living room with lovely lounge sofa, sofa bed, 2 luxurious bedrooms, and attractive bathroom, there is plenty of space both inside and outside for up to 4 people. Casa 3 Palmeras is a true paradise and fully equipped with air conditioning! And if you want to continue to work on your fitness during your holiday, there are 2 sports bikes ready for you. The children can use the Playstation and there is not only Dutch TV (via Chromecast), but also Netflix and fast WIFI.


Location
From the casa, located between the beautiful mountains of Hondon de las Nieves in the Hondon valley, it is a 10-minute drive to the center of the village where you can find a supermarket, several restaurants, a weekly market, bakery and butcher. A wonderful center of the village where many Spanish traditions are celebrated. There is always something to see or do. Elche, the second largest city in the Valencia region, is a 30-minute drive away. The beach will take you about a 50 minute drive.

Layout
Through the front door you enter the attractive living room with open kitchen. The living room has air conditioning and a view of the swimming pool. The living room has a lounge sofa, a lovely chair, a dining table with 4 chairs and there is lots of light. The TV is equipped with a Playstation, a Chromecast and various Dutch TV channels/Netflix. The open kitchen is attractive and modern with, among other things, a combination microwave, oven, blender, toaster, Senseo machine, refrigerator, freezer, air fryer, induction hob, kettle, citrus juicer and sufficient kitchen utensils. And you can drink from the tap here just like at home!

The great thing about this casa is that it is entirely on the ground floor.

Through a hall you reach the two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms with a double box spring and air conditioning are located at the back and side of the casa with access to the sunny terrace and sufficient cupboard space. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The sliding doors to the terrace (from the living room and large bedroom) provide plenty of light.

Outside you will find a luxurious gas barbecue (outdoor kitchen) with dining area, private swimming pool and a partly covered lounge set so you can sit back and enjoy this dream location. There is air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. Mosquito screens are fitted to all windows. There are free parking options in front of the casa. In addition, the fully fenced casa also has an entrance gate that can be closed. So your own private paradise. Your holiday can begin!

Casa 3 Palmeras can be booked from 2 people and up to 4 people (+1 upon request). Smoking in the casa is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
