Residencial Puerto Pinar IV

The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, separated only by the protected area with pine trees and beautiful foothills of the sand dunes of Guardamar. This beautiful 4-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor. The complex has an elevator. In the immediate area there are shops, (tapas)bars and restaurants. There are banks, pharmacies and supermarkets (Mercadona and MasyMas). The MasyMas is even on the other side of our apartment. In spring and high season there is a pleasant (evening) market in the vicinity of the promenade. For the little ones you can also find the many fairground attractions there. On Wednesdays there is the large village market where you can buy everything, including all kinds of tasty local products. This market is within walking distance of the apartment. The other big market in Guardamar (Campo) is on Sunday, 10 minutes by car.

The living room is cozy and modern with a 3- and 2-seater sofa, TV and DVD player. The dining area can also be found here. Through the sliding doors you reach the spacious balcony, which is equipped with the necessary patio furniture. You have a view of the pool.

There are 3 double bedrooms, one double and 2 rooms with two single beds. All bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes.

There are two bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The apartment has a full kitchen with a refrigerator / freezer, electric hob, oven, washing machine, coffee maker and kettle.

From the balcony you view the magnificent dunes of Guardamar and the pool.

The apartment has a very large communal pool with a paddling pool, miniature golf and badminton. There is also a playground.

The beach is within walking distance (10-15 minutes). There are several beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar in total about 14 km. Without exception, these are all Blue Flag beaches.

Alicante
On the boulevard is an old castle. Alicante has a marina and boat trips are possible to Ibiza, Mallorca, Formentera and Tabarca.
Benidorm
Here you find the theme park "Terra Mitica", the water park Aqualandia and Mundomar, with seals and exotic zoo animals.
Cartagena
Happy shopping with old narrow streets.
Elche (Elx) Has the largest palm grove (Huerto del Cura) in Europe and a large zoo (Rio Safari).
Guadalest
Just past Benidorm the highway and you have a beautiful drive through the mountains to Guadalest, an old Moorish mountain fortress. From Guadelest a ride to the "Fuentes del Algar" (waterfalls) is recommended. In the high season it is very touristy.
Guardamar
Ruins of the 10th-century Moorish mosques, ruins of the castle from the 12th and 18th centuries, div. museums and excursions to the salt lagoons of La Mata or Campo de Guardamar. Here you will find trails for hiking and ditches.
Murcia
Murcia is famous for its magnificent cathedral.
San Pedro del Pinator
Through a fun ride along the coast to get to San Pedro. The town is known for its salt pans with medicinal clay against pains and rheumatism.
Torrevieja
Pronounced Torrebiejegga. Wonderful to the boulevard a delicious "Café Bourbon" (espresso with condensed milk) to order. Here you will also Aquapolis, a zwemparadijs.VergelSubtropische and botanical gardens, several caves and a safari park.

Less than 6 km and wonderful golf courses, such as La Marquesa Golf and Country Club, this is an 18 hole championship course. In the vicinity are at least another 3 18 hole courses ie Campoamor, Villamartin and El Plantio.

By car
Guardamar is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Alicante and is easily accessible by car, via the N 332, the coast from Alicante to Cartegena, and via the A7 motorway.
By plane
If you want to travel by plane, we wish to arrange a transfer from the airport to the apartment. You will be at the airport of Alicante retrieved and brought directly to the apartment, while keeping the keys with the usual formalities will take place.

The climate on the Costa Blanca is uniek.Door the mountainous hinterland, this area is sheltered from the wind of the Meseta, the temperatures are pleasant all year. Especially in the winter months, temperatures in this part of the Costa Blanca this just more pleasant. The sun shines over 300 days per year and the humidity is very low. The presence of the salt lakes and wide pine forests contribute to this healthy environment. Industries and busy highways is found not to. This is part of the Costa Blanca for both summer and winter the best choice.

Any minor defects to the property or questions, please contact them directly, but so easy and familiar. They also provide additional services such as car, get up and return from the airport Alicante and Murcia, enz.Tegen a small fee it is even possible for them to order a shopping package that is ready when you arrive at the apartment.

Worth repeating
On arrival we were received very nicely and we were told about the apartment and the area. The location was superb. Supermarket, restaurants, bars, beach and other shops were close by. We recommend the apartment. All modern facilities available. Especially we highligt the heating facilties, (which is comfortable at ealy spring), The appartment is situated very well, short distance to the sea and to town centre. Thuis komen
Het is al weer voor het 4 de jaar dat we dit appartement huren. Het is echt voor ons thuis komen. Nu met de airco en nieuwe kookplaat en oven is het helemaal top. Wat is het hier heerlijk om te worden opgehaald door Rogier en dan te weten dat Anoek het appartement tip top in orde heeft gemaakt. We komen snel weer terug en het blijft voor ons een vakantie met een goud randje. Deze eigenaar weet wat vakantie gasten nodig hebben om te kunnen genieten van rust, zon, strand en heerlijk eten op de boulevard waar de restaurants een heerlijke maaltijd voor je bereiden en waar je waar krijgt voor je geld. Super bedankt Bianca & Len voor jullie gastvrijheid. Een complex waar vertoeven op hoog niveau staat vermeld.

We spent nice holidays in Guardamar. The owner is very kind. Flat is cozy and light. Good pool in the location, but you need go outside and pass through 2 doors with keys to go to pool. It is not so convenient. The way to beach takes about 15 min through park.

Summer vacation in Guardamar
We stayed in Guardamar for one month in July, 2016. A family of 4 adults and 1 three-year-old boy. We had an awesome holiday. The apartment was exactly as described. It is not big, but very smartly laid out. It was very comfortable and convenient for the size of our family. Everything worked, no breakage of any equipment, no electricity shortcuts. (We had such experience in the past in our other summer vacation spots). The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. Apartment has a newly installed conditioning. Very nice balcony - we had all meals there even for lunch-it was in good shade and nice wind - so never too hot. Apartment was equipped with the cart for shopping, and beach chairs - that was great too. Apartment is well located: not far from the center, however still in the quiet area. Good supermarket just near the house. The dunes park is just behind it. A walk of around 1.5 km to the beach: nice walk in the park always in the shade, easy with strollers, scooters, bikes. It is still advisable to have a car, it gives more mobility- we were going to different beaches, sometimes when it was too wavy we went to Santa Pola (15 mins drive). Also if you prefer to go the central beach, it is quicker by car. Plus there are few nice pretty cities around Guardamar worth a visit (Alicante, Valencia, Murcia, Cartagena, Elche). Special thanks and warm words to our hosts Len and Bianca, and property manager Rogier. It was very easy to deal with them: very responsive, everything as promised, tried to accommodate our every request, even helped with the visa process. Nice touch with welcome kit: local wine and snacks were waiting for us in the apartment! Definitely would consider to come back.

Schoon, net appartement en vriendelijk ontvangst
Een netjes en schoon appartement met een prachtig (groot) zwembad. Vlakbij supermarkt en net buiten het centrum. Appartement Guardamar
Goed en net vakantieverblijf rustige ligging, strand wandel je zeker wel met 20-25 minuten. Zwembad werd veel gebruik van gemaakt door de vele spaanse bewoners cq huurders, gezellig. De balkon stoelen van de foto waren vervangen door kleine kuipstoeltjes, dat was wel jammer, aangezien je met zulke temperaturen vaak op je balkonnetje zit. Voor de rest was alles goed en snel geregeld.Top !

Ferie i Spanien for 6 gang 
Fantastisk dejlig velkomst i en super lækker lejlighed. Hygge kurv og Hollandsk velkomst var verdensklasse. Man følte sig meget velkommen og lejlighedens indretning og udstyr var helt i top Hyggeligt lejligheds komplex og dejlig svømmepool. 14 fantastiske dage fløj afsted. Eneste minus var at hundeejerne ikke kunne få deres hunde til at stoppe med at gø om natte, så der var en del hundelarm om natten Men en stor tak til Ben og Len for leje af deres super dejlige lejlighed og special tak til den hollandske Vicevært som tog i mod os Mvh Katja og familie.

Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber in Empfang, die Formalitäten mit dem Vermieter liefen sehr unkompliziert und unbürokratisch. Das Appartement is sehr funktional eingerichtet, esfehlte an nichts. From Küchenutensilien bis Strandausstattung, everything is available. Poolanlage ist sauber und für Kinder (jeden Alters) wie geschaffen (auch cute Plätze vorhanden). Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben einen sehr erholsamen und schönen Urlaub geniessen können. Zum angebotenen Preis ist die Wohnung in der gebotenen guten Ausstattung uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Hello Len, Now we got back suntanned to Denmark. We had an amazing holiday in guardamar del Segura. We went to the casttle, the beach, visited a lot of different bars and restaurants every night, the market too. Bathed A LOT in the pool because it was too hot to do anything else! Walked through Alfonso Park and last but not least - went to Isla de Tabarca to snorkelling and see fish! It have been so amazing, the apartment were wonderful with the view, the pool and the nights on the balcony! The only negative was the towels - my friends had problems with the towels because they did not remove the water but we were covered in red, blue and green after we used them. Because of that we had to use our own towels for the whole week. Second - there were only two tea towels in the kitchen for a whole week, so we needed a few more. We washed them that week, but still we would have brought a few more if we new that there were only two. We bought some dishcloths and put them in the left cabinet and we bought a brush to the kitchen. When we had to leave, we lokked everywhere so we would not forget anything and then we found some pills in a drawer in one of the bathrooms - it is not ours so we placed them on the table in the family kitchen. But all in all we had an amazing holiday, got a great tan and enjoyed the place! Kind regards, Pernille Bøgehave

Dear Len, The holiday is indeed over, it has flown by. It was the 3rd time for us that we were on holiday in Guardemar / Torrevieja, we liked it again. The apartment was perhaps a bit on the small side for 7 people, but because we were away a lot, it was doable. It was really very clean, which is really worth a compliment. And the supermarket around the corner is also very handy. Delicious fresh bread for breakfast. Only the key to the garage turned out not to work on arrival so we couldn't use it but we could just park in the street or nearby. There was also 1 slatted base where some slats fell out, which apparently had happened before because these were glued with wide adhesive tape and after we had exchanged beds with the kids, this did not give any more problems. There is a very nice beach at San Pedro (past Torrevieja) which is located in a bay with rental of pedal boats and bananas/donuts behind a boat, very nice. And often went to the public swimming pool in Guardemar because there was still family of ours. The Chinese in Guardemar where you can order a 3 course menu for € 5.95 is highly recommended .... Hi Len, Arrived home again just a reaction on the holiday and the apartment. We had a wonderful holiday. It started well because Jan was waiting for us and he first showed us some of Guardamar (where the banks and the shops were). When we arrived at the apartment, we were surprised with a nice welcome package, which we thought was a great gift. Everything was fine. The apartment was clean and looked neat. A shop nearby is also nice because, if you don't have a car with you, you can get everything on foot. We walked a lot in the dunes and along the beach because we think the apartment is very central. Len, hereby our report for the guestbook: We have from 26/08 to
16/09-2006 had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful apartment, where
certainly has not skimped on the decor. TV with all channels (including the
Dutch), DVD player and a good stereo system. A spacious, good
fully equipped kitchen and fully equipped. Good beds (also very
important!) and a spacious balcony, even equipped with 4-position chairs with a
large, sturdy table. A large supermarket at the front door, which is available 7 days in the
week (in season) is open from 9.15 am to 9.15 pm!! The location of the
apartment is such that it is a good starting point to explore the area
explore and within walking distance of the lively center and the beach. Partly by

Hi Len, Just about getting back to normal now and wanted to thank you for the
food basket it was very kind and much appreciated.Really sorry but we managed
to break 4 glasses whilst we stayed.We have left some beach things for the next
family bucket, spade etc and a large, sorry huge sized pack of unused nappies
if someone wants to make use of them, they were too big for our little one.I
hope Jan is better now, he and his friend were very helpful and kind. Not sure
but did we pay a deposit? I appreciate you will need to take some money off for

Hello Len, heute komme ich erst dazu Ihnen zu antworten, da mich leader der
Alltag gleich wieder gefordert hat.Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in
Ihrer Wohnung. Es war sehr gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet, so daß wir
uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank auch für das neat Willkommenspaket.
Da wir spät angekommen sind und wir großen Hunger und Durst hatten, hat es uns
das Leben rettet.-Ich weiß nich, ob ich Ihnen erzählt habe, daß wir mit
German Wings für 1€ pro Person geflogen sind und es dort keinen Bordservice
gibb. Wir haben verucht, die Wohnung so zu verlassen, wie wir sie vorgefunden
have. Es hat uns Spaß gemacht,alles sauber zu halten. Ich hoffe, es ist uns
lunged. Ganz liebe Grüße, auch von meinen drei Töchtern Gabriele
