Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following cancellation costs:
- 30% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 3 months before
start date of the rental period.
- 50% of the rental price in case of cancellation longer than 2 months but not
more than 3 months before the start of the rental period.
- 70% of the rental price in case of cancellation longer than 1 month but not
more than 2 months before the start of the rental period.

The enchanting town of Guardamar is located in a beautiful location on the Spanish Costa Blanca. From Alicante airport you can reach Guardamar within 25 minutes. This beautiful coastal town is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday.

In addition to the beautiful, extensive and clean beaches, you will find much more in Guardamar! a marina, sports centers, restaurants, bars, local (luxury) shops, supermarkets etc.

Gastronomy: Nowhere along the Costa Blanca are the langoustines as tasty as in Guardamar. Other regional dishes are the 'caldero' (bouillabaisse with rice), the stew with meatballs and the eel with garlic. Many restaurants prepare not only typical regional dishes, but also international dishes.

On Wednesdays there is a large market where you can buy seasonal products at a real market price.

Guardamar has two large parks where you can walk and enjoy the peace and nature. The Reina Sofia park has an artificial lake where you can admire numerous plant species and aquatic fauna. The park is in a wooded area with a children's playground with slides and swings.
The other park, Parque Alfonso, is much more subdued and suitable for those who just want to take a quiet stroll through a beautiful part of town. Both parks are part of the protected forest and dune areas of Guardamar.

Guardamar is located at the mouth of the river Segura. On the hill there is still a castle as well as other remains from the time when the town was a Greek port. Memories from the time of the Iberians have also been preserved here, such as the Dama de Guardamar and the ruins of Arab mosques of Rabita Califal.

The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, separated only by the protected area with pine trees and beautiful foothills of the sand dunes of Guardamar. This beautiful 4-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor. The complex has an elevator. In the immediate area there are shops, (tapas)bars and restaurants. There are banks, pharmacies and supermarkets (Mercadona and MasyMas). The MasyMas is even on the other side of our apartment. In spring and high season there is a pleasant (evening) market in the vicinity of the promenade. For the little ones you can also find the many fairground attractions there. On Wednesdays there is the large village market where you can buy everything, including all kinds of tasty local products. This market is within walking distance of the apartment. The other big market in Guardamar (Campo) is on Sunday, 10 minutes by car.

The living room is cozy and modern with a 3- and 2-seater sofa, TV and DVD player. The dining area can also be found here. Through the sliding doors you reach the spacious balcony, which is equipped with the necessary patio furniture. You have a view of the pool.

There are 3 double bedrooms, one double and 2 rooms with two single beds. All bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes.

There are two bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The apartment has a full kitchen with a refrigerator / freezer, electric hob, oven, washing machine, coffee maker and kettle.

From the balcony you view the magnificent dunes of Guardamar and the pool.

The apartment has a very large communal pool with a paddling pool, miniature golf and badminton. There is also a playground.

The beach is within walking distance (10-15 minutes). There are several beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar in total about 14 km. Without exception, these are all Blue Flag beaches.

Alicante
On the boulevard is an old castle. Alicante has a marina and boat trips are possible to Ibiza, Mallorca, Formentera and Tabarca.
Benidorm
Here you find the theme park "Terra Mitica", the water park Aqualandia and Mundomar, with seals and exotic zoo animals.
Cartagena
Happy shopping with old narrow streets.
Elche (Elx) Has the largest palm grove (Huerto del Cura) in Europe and a large zoo (Rio Safari).
Guadalest
Just past Benidorm the highway and you have a beautiful drive through the mountains to Guadalest, an old Moorish mountain fortress. From Guadelest a ride to the "Fuentes del Algar" (waterfalls) is recommended. In the high season it is very touristy.
Guardamar
Ruins of the 10th-century Moorish mosques, ruins of the castle from the 12th and 18th centuries, div. museums and excursions to the salt lagoons of La Mata or Campo de Guardamar. Here you will find trails for hiking and ditches.
Murcia
Murcia is famous for its magnificent cathedral.
San Pedro del Pinator
Through a fun ride along the coast to get to San Pedro. The town is known for its salt pans with medicinal clay against pains and rheumatism.
Torrevieja
Pronounced Torrebiejegga. Wonderful to the boulevard a delicious "Café Bourbon" (espresso with condensed milk) to order. Here you will also Aquapolis, a zwemparadijs.VergelSubtropische and botanical gardens, several caves and a safari park.

Less than 6 km and wonderful golf courses, such as La Marquesa Golf and Country Club, this is an 18 hole championship course. In the vicinity are at least another 3 18 hole courses ie Campoamor, Villamartin and El Plantio.

By car
Guardamar is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Alicante and is easily accessible by car, via the N 332, the coast from Alicante to Cartegena, and via the A7 motorway.
By plane
If you want to travel by plane, we wish to arrange a transfer from the airport to the apartment. You will be at the airport of Alicante retrieved and brought directly to the apartment, while keeping the keys with the usual formalities will take place.
