Casa Querencia

Casa Querencia is located in the quiet Calistros urbanization, right between Jávea and Moraira with fantastic views of Benitachell, the valley and the Montgó. Both Jávea and Moraira can be reached in 12 minutes.

Casa Querencia is a tastefully and modernly furnished detached villa with space for 2 to 6 people. The villa has a playfully shaped private swimming pool on a spacious terrace with sun beds, a lounge area and dining area. The high location offers a lot of privacy and beautiful views. The villa has several terraces and a large veranda all around it, where you can enjoy a delicious meal. After dining you can take a seat on the lounge sofas by the fire pit for an atmospheric end to the day.

The villa has a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen and is equipped with every possible luxury. There is a Nespresso machine with milk unit, toaster, citrus press, oven, dishwasher, WiFi (fiber optic), Smart TV, air conditioning and a gas fireplace for the colder days.

The three bedrooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet and access to the terrace. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have air conditioning and a ceiling fan and both have built-in wardrobes. Guests of these bedrooms can use the separate bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms have roller screens.

The ground floor provides a lot of extra space with an extra seating area, new kitchen, room with pool table and dart board and through sliding doors you get access to the covered lower terrace with a large dining table, gas BBQ and lounge sofas with fire pit. The washing machine and dryer are also downstairs.

We have furnished the villa with new furniture, new mattresses and new inventory. The crockery, cutlery and glassware are plentiful. A cot and high chair are also available. You will lack nothing. Our guests now also seem to appreciate this through the many beautiful messages in the guestbook:
