We wish you a warm welcome to Casa Marani Beach in sunny southern Spain! The property is located in Oasis Beach XII El Raso, Guardamar del Segura. Near the beach and close to many delicious and cozy cafes and restaurants. The apartment is spacious with large windows, high ceilings, an open balcony and a great view of Oasis Beach XII. Stay cool with central air conditioning or enjoy the sun on the spacious balcony, there is sun from about 1:30 PM until sunset.

In addition to various facilities at Oasis Beach XII, Casa Marani Beach is fully equipped, making it a nice place where you immediately feel at home. The accommodation has free WiFi, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a TV with Chromecast and game console, a washing machine, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking is free in the underground parking garage or on the street. It is located on the second floor and can be reached via both stairs and an elevator.

In addition to access to two swimming pools, Casa Marani Beach also offers access to luxurious wellness facilities, including a sauna and a jacuzzi. Please note, the wellness is closed in the summer months. Oasis Beach XII has a children's playground, a mini golf course, a jeu de boules court, a communal garden and an outdoor fitness. A putter, golf balls and jeu de boules balls are available in the accommodation!

The accommodation is located near the beach and the salt lakes. There is also plenty to do in the area, the center of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja are easy to reach.

The Lemon Tree Market that takes place every Sunday is within walking distance. There is a small supermarket within walking distance and there is also a large supermarket 3.1 km away. Playa El Moncayo is 2.7 km from the accommodation. The nearest airport is Alicante, a 40-minute drive from Oasis Beach XII. Murcia airport is a 50-minute drive away.

We are Mark and Annika and our dream was to create a place where we can enjoy the peace and the Spanish sun, but also work in a relaxed environment with pleasant temperatures. We also want to share our nice apartment in Guardamar del Segura with others, so that we can offer travelers a relaxing experience and they can experience Spanish life.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.

No extra costs are charged for water and electricity with normal use (80 Kwh per week). For consumption above 80 Kwh per week, € 0.40 per Kwh will be deducted from the deposit. This does not apply to the months of July and August.
