Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include the use of bath and bed linen (1 large and 1 kl towel/pers)
check-in between 4 pm and 8 pm / check-out before 10 am (unless otherwise agreed at check-in with keyholder)
For check-in after 8 pm, a surcharge of 20€ will be charged by keyholder

Electricity costs are deducted from the deposit at 0.5€/kwh. 85kWh / week included in rental price

Cancellation policy:

Tip: take out cancellation insurance to provide you for unforeseen circumstances
If you cancel up to 5 weeks before your arrival, only the deposit paid will be due.
In case of cancellation between 5 weeks and 7 days before your arrival, 50% of the total amount is due.
In case of cancellation within the week before your arrival date or in case of no-show, the full amount is due
