The house is located in the closed Residencie "esSence" with 24/7 camera surveillance, against a hill on the outskirts of Guardamar del Segura. There are public parking spaces (free) at the residence. Guardamar is a charming traditional coastal town with many nice shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beautiful sandy beaches, a beautiful boulevard and kilometers of beach and dunes. It is ideal for a wonderful holiday if you do not like mass tourism but do like traditional Spanish life, the wonderful climate, the cosiness and sun all year round. Alicante airport is 30 minutes away by car.
