In addition to a beautiful courtyard with a view of the Montgo, the 9 x 5 m2 swimming pool invites you to take a refreshing dip! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a beautiful living space and a comfortable kitchen, your holiday can start straight away! Salud?!

The space

Casa Angela is a fully fenced holiday villa with private garden and swimming pool. There is one covered private parking space for the car.
Inside the villa you will find the entrance hall, a toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The living room is cozy and bright. The fireplace and central heating ensure that it is pleasant to stay in autumn and winter.
The comfortable and sunny kitchen is adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all facilities including a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the patio and the garden with swimming pool.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms: bedroom 1 has two beds of 90 x 200 cm, bedroom two has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with double bed 180 x 200. This bedroom has a private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The large private terrace offers a view of the Montgo and further on you can see the sea...
There is WiFi throughout the house and garden.

Guest access

The guests have full and unique access to the holiday villa, the private garden and the swimming pool!

Casa Angela is easily accessible. Both Valencia (VLC) and Alicante (ALC) airports are an hour's drive from the villa.

The adventure started for us, Johan and Tinneke, in 2018...
Since the Covid pandemic, we and our offspring have formed a newly formed family between Brussels and Leuven in Belgium. To escape our busy activities in Belgium, we looked for a place in the sun, an oasis of peace, perhaps a new home and we would like to share this place with you!
Be welcome in our Casa Angela, named after Johan's brave 91-year-old mother.

Explanation of prices

Of course we assume that most bookings are successful, but unfortunately it can sometimes happen that a tenant has to cancel the booking.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
