Kathy & Luc welcome you to Casa Blanca, our white villa on the Costa Blanca in Els Poblets, 7 km from Denia town
We purchased this recent villa on 5/1/23 & have been working nonstop since then to get everything in tip top condition.
So we couldn't 'enjoy' ourselves yet, but we hope to do so in 2024.
We would like to wish you a pleasant stay, a satisfying holiday and enjoy this beautiful region to the fullest!!!

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
