5 minutes away from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca, 10 minutes drive from the center of Elche, this is a large town with all associated amenities such as hospital, padel and tennis courts, golf courses, sports and fitness, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, shopping malls, and cozy small village within walking distance. Benidorm, Torrevieja, Guardamar del Segura within 20 minutes drive.
Alicante airport 25 minutes away.

No mass tourism but in the middle of the locals, if you want to look for the crowds you will be there in no time.

Our fully fenced property of 2200m2 is fully equipped. Here you are really free, not huddled garden to garden like most villas on offer. There are only 2 neighbors who are permanent residents so no problems with adjacent tenants partying day and night. Here you can really relax, if you want to look for the hustle and bustle, you will be there in no time. If you have had enough and want to enjoy your holiday in silence, you close the gate behind you and you are in your private paradise.

Hear the wind rustling through the many palm trees in the garden, pick a fresh pear or lime from one of our trees, take a dip in your private swimming pool of 10 by 5 meters or relax with a drink on one of our sun beds. 
Get up in the morning and relax on one of our verandas with a delicious cup of coffee from our Nespresso coffee machine. Don't feel like eating out? Our fully equipped kitchen contains everything to prepare a delicious meal, no need to do the dishes. A dishwasher is provided. 
You can also wash your clothes or towels in the washing machine. Bed linen, towels etcetera are also all provided. So all you have to do is pack your suitcase with clothes and get on the plane or in the car.

The house is easy to drive to from the Netherlands or Belgium in 20 hours travel time. Flying from Rotterdam AirPort is only 2 hours and fifteen minutes and is cheap and comfortable via Transavia. From the airport it is only a 20 minute drive to the house. Transfer can be booked for 35€. 

3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 3 single beds and baby bed, all bedrooms with individual air conditioning that can also heat, 3 bathrooms, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, spacious living room with smart TV and Dutch TV channels via NLziet, in the master bedroom also a smart TV with Dutch TV channels, free WiFi in all rooms and outdoors, veranda with seats on the pool side, veranda at the back surrounded by palm trees for breakfast, outdoor kitchen with grill everything is there to have a top holiday.

Don't drag suitcases full of stuff, just taking your clothes with you is enough. The rest is taken care of!

Toys for the children, go-karts, scooters, ride-on motorcycles, inflatable toys for the pool, everything is there.

Hibernators will have a wonderful time here, thanks to the heated swimming pool it is also wonderful to stay in the winter months.
