Our villa can accommodate 4 to 8 people - With spacious bedrooms and comfortable common areas, our villa is ideal for both small and large groups max. 8 people. Experience ultimate comfort and enjoy a good night's sleep.

A Casa Mimosa has a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds and a shaded lounge corner. An outdoor dining area and several places where you can relax. You can also use the pool table and there is an Urban Basterd (Green Egg) barbecue that you can use.

The pool is fully enclosed and therefore safe for children. The villa is a wonderful place for groups and families.

Especially for families: There is an enclosed swimming pool, toys for the smallest and the whole property is fenced with a beautiful wall. So you can enjoy our paradise with your family without any worries. There is also a lot to do in the area with children from young to old.

Torrevieja - Orihuela - Murcia -Cartagena -Benidorm - Guadalest - Algar Waterfalls - Alicante and Elche are all nearby. Alicante-Elche airport is 25 minutes away. Supermarkets at 10 minutes.

The check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure. The check-in time is from 14:00. If you want to deviate from this, you can contact us to see if there are possibilities.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
