Beach apartment, 2 floors, sea view, car-free beach promenade, parking
Our apartment is located right on the beach in the architecturally protected and child-friendly Campello Playa, with direct sea views and a car-free, palm-lined seafront. It is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a small building with one other apartment on the first floor. The apartment is fully furnished and beach towels and other practical outdoor necessities are also provided. A space in a private garage is included in the rent and is located on the same street (250 meters from the apartment). It is not a typical rental apartment: it has been furnished in detail to our taste. We have lived there as a family ourselves and still like to come there to rest and enjoy the sun, the beach, the sea and the delicious local food.
Four terraces and high-end kitchen appliances
The apartment, a special beach and sea-inspired design, is located on the second and top floor and includes a high-quality Bulthaup kitchen, a small, cozy living room with terrace and sea view, 2 bathrooms and 3 more terraces on the sea and village side to enjoy the sun or shade at any time of the day. There is room for 5 people. There are stairs to and in the apartment. There is no elevator in the building.
3 bedrooms, one of which has an office with sofa bed
The main bedroom has two (separate) single beds. The second bedroom has three beds in a custom-designed special wooden bunk bed construction (very popular with children of all ages :-) And in the study there is a sofa bed and a wooden work table with computer connection and wifi.
Sea-inspired design and high-quality materials
Our duplex apartment is called Casa Sinuosa, because of the sinusoidal floors and the round walls. It was built by us and the cylindrical patios attract the attention of the walkers on the seafront. The sea as a source of inspiration can be found in the stones and shells that have been incorporated into the bathrooms and the wreckage that has been used for various furniture. The playful round walls and windows are reminiscent of the shapes of a ship.
Ten kilometres of beach at your feet
It is wonderful to walk on the beach and the car-free sea promenade. El Campello, a former fishing village, is a typical Spanish village that has still not been affected by mass tourism. It has always been a favourite summer retreat for Spanish tourists, many from Madrid, who have passed down their family homes from generation to generation.
Sunbathing, swimming, sports and games
The coastal area is another beautiful and relaxing place to spend your holiday. Our apartment is located directly on the beach, on a beautiful promenade of 2 kilometers. It is one of the few pedestrianized promenades on the Costa Blanca, so children can play there without any problems. You can even keep an eye on them from the apartment's terrace, which overlooks the beach and the sea.
The sandy beach offers play and sports facilities (such as climbing frames and volleyball nets). Walkers, cyclists and runners enjoy the beach and the promenade towards the village of San Juan in the south. There are plenty of games and beach equipment, including sun loungers, available for our guests .

As a host in Spain, we must register every guest aged 14 and over by collecting the personal data and providing it to the relevant authorities. This is required by law. By booking our beach apartment, you agree to send us the requested information upon request (one registration form per guest and an image/copy of the identity document).
