As Dutch owners, we rent out this villa all year round, we ourselves have a limited presence in the spring and autumn. The local service is provided by United Renters, for the keys, cleaning and other necessary services.
We bought this villa in 2019 and completely renovated it. New Kitchen, new Swimming Pool, new Jacuzzi, new Bathrooms, new Air Conditioning, and the whole is freshly painted and very well maintained every year.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be followed by a written confirmation (via e-mail) to the landlord. Up to 6 weeks before arrival, cancellation is free of charge. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period from 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period to 2 weeks before the rental period, he owes the deposit of 25%. In case of cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 week before the start date of the rental period 50%. After that, 100% is due.
