This apartment is only available outside the high season for longer-term rental from a minimum of 3 consecutive months. It is a fantastic apartment, right on the sandy beach, located in one of the most luxurious complexes in the Spanish village of El Campello. Watch the sun rise from the terrace, enjoy the beautiful view over the sea and coastline of the Costa Blanca.

The complex has a beautiful large swimming pool and an island with palms located in a large and beautifully landscaped communal garden, which is adjacent to the access to the beach. The swimming pool is open during the high season, from June 15 to September 15. Of course there is the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful sea all year round.

In the garden you will also find several seating areas and a barbecue area. In addition, there is a cafeteria especially for tenants and owners that is open during the high season.

During the high season, there is a private shallow swimming pool available for the little ones, as well as various play equipment. There is plenty to do in the area for them, such as a visit to the Busot caves, Aqualandia water park or Terra Mitica zoo. And of course the beautiful sandy beach is right next to the apartment! For older children there are beach volleyball spots near the complex.

Alicante can be reached quickly and cheaply with the modern tram, which is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. You can get off in the heart of Alicante within 20 minutes.

There is a large garden for general use around the swimming pool. The complex also has a tennis court, mini golf, gym and there is a private garage in the complex right next to the building, under the tennis court. The garage is suitable for a middle class passenger car. If you have different sizes, ask the manager about possible options.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a comfortable bed of 180x200 and built-in wardrobes, fan and air conditioning. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have 2 single beds. There is also a fan, mosquito nets, shutters and air conditioning. The entire apartment is gas-free. Cooking is done on induction, hot water comes from the electric boiler and it is cooled or heated with air conditioning.
There are two luxurious bathrooms with walk-in showers.

The kitchen has all modern appliances with the exception of a dishwasher. coffee machine and a coffee bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and dryer and storage space, including for the parasol.

The living room has air conditioning, TV with Dutch channels and free WiFi. There is a nice sitting area and a dining table. In addition, the living room has beautiful double doors as an entrance from the hall and on the terrace side there is a triple sliding door, the 3 parts of which can be pushed together so that the outside and inside can be brought together. Outside there is a super terrace that extends to the master bedroom. Here there is a dining table for 6 people and 2 awnings.

In addition to the linen that is of course provided, the apartment has beach towels, 5-position chairs and a beach parasol with screw base. All the ingredients are there to give you a wonderful and carefree holiday from start to finish!

The location is really great! It is a 1st line apartment with a 180 degree sea view, right on the beach and at the beginning of the boulevard, where it is very pleasant in summer and winter. There is also a tram that has a station 10 minutes from the apartment for a beautiful trip along the coast to the center of Alicante or to Denia. There are fiestas in the region every month. There is also a nice market to visit every day in El Campello or the surrounding area. Finally, large supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona and Carrefour are quickly accessible. A pharmacy is an 8-minute walk from the complex and, if necessary, a GP is 10 minutes from the apartment.

There is plenty to do in the area, for example tasting wine in Jalon or Pinoso, visiting the Guadelest reservoir or visiting one of the many castles, but for those who prefer not to drive a car themselves, Dick can drive our SUV safely and comfortably for an attractive price. arrange a tailor-made trip for a maximum of 4 people. Explanation of prices

In January, February, March, October, November and December, adjusted rental rates apply when booking a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks. School holidays are excluded. Ask the landlord about this.

After booking, you must transfer 20% of the booking amount within 14 days . The remaining 80% of the booking amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

The deposit is 400 Euro, to be paid upon arrival.
Energy costs are included in the rental amount up to a consumption of 25 euros per week, 100 euros per month. If you have used more, the additional costs will be charged at cost price. Consumption is measured with a counter. These costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM. Different check-in and check-out times are possible if other bookings allow this and only with prior consultation and permission . There is a surcharge of 50 Euro for this. This will be deducted from the deposit.
Transfer to and/or from the airport can be arranged with our luxury SUV, maximum number of people is 4. Costs are 65 Euro during the day (Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.). If you arrive later than 10 p.m. or on Sunday, a surcharge of Euro 50 applies. Payment is made by deduction from the deposit.

The apartment includes a lockable garage. In terms of dimensions, this is suitable for passenger cars or a small SUV, for example a Hyundai IX35. Larger cars, vans, etc. cannot be parked in the garage and must find a parking space on the public road.
