Fantastic seafront apartment, located in the Spanish village of El Campello at 400 'm distance of the beach. You can see the sunrise from your terrace and the the marina, while enjoying the beautiful views of the sea and coastline from the Costa Blanca. The complex has been built in real Spanish style has a beautiful large swimming pool with separate children's area and a small island with palm trees. Children are supervised at the swimming pool from June to September. There is also plenty to do for them in the surrounding area, for example a visit to the caves of Busot, an Aqualandia water park or a Terra Mitica zoo. And ofcourse the beach is around the corner. We have toys for them to play with on the beach and in the communal garden with swimmingpool.
Around the pool is a large garden for general use. Furthermore, the ocmplex has a tennis court, basketball facilities and you have access to your own parking space under the building.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a comfortable bed 160x200 and fitted wardrobes, fan and air conditioning. The children's room has a nice bunk bed and fan.
There are two luxury bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a bath.
The open kitchen has all modern appliances.
The living room also has air conditioning and a fan, TV with Dutch and German channels and free WiFi. There is a nice seating area and a large dining table. There is also a deer bar.
Finally, there is a super corner terrace with two daybeds, lounge area with a bench and a folding table for eating outside.
The entire apartment was renovated in 2019!
The location is really great! It is a seafront apartment with 180 degrees sea view. It is a 2-minute walk to the boulevard that is very cosy in summer and winter. Furthermore, with the tram that has a station 10 minutes from the apartment you can take a wonderful trip along the coast the center of Alicante. Finally, large supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona and Carrefour are quickly accessible. a pharmacy is located around the corner of the complex.
If you want to see some of the beautiful surroundings, taste wine in Jalon, visit the Guadelest reservoir or visit castles, but you would rather not drive yourself, Dick can take you on a safe and comfortable trip with our SUV. In every monththere are fiestas in the region. We ourselves live in the El Campello area, so we can tell you about the possibilities.
