Brisa Marina

Fantastic apartment, right on the marina and 400 meters from the sandy beach, located in the Spanish village of El Campello. Watch the sun rise from the terrace, enjoy the beautiful views over the sea and coastline of the Costa Blanca.
The complex is built in true Spanish style and has a beautiful large swimming pool with separate children's area and an island with palm trees. Due to new legislation in Spain from April 3, 2025, this apartment can only be rented for more than 14 consecutive days. 

For the children, the swimming pool is supervised from June to September. For them, there is also plenty to do in the area, for example a visit to the caves of Busot,  water park Aqualandia or zoo Terra Mitica. And of course the beautiful sandy beach is just around the corner! We have the necessary equipment for them to play here, such as fishing nets, ball, bucket and shovels etc.

Around the pool is a large garden for general use. Furthermore, the complex has a tennis court, basketball facilities and there is a private parking space under the building.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a comfortable bed of 160x200 and built-in wardrobes, fan and air conditioning. The children's room has a nice bunk bed and fan.
There are two luxurious bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub.
The open kitchen has all modern appliances and a breakfast bar.
The living room has air conditioning and a fan, TV with a.o. Dutch and German channels and free WiFi. There is a nice sitting area and a large dining table.
Finally, there is a super corner terrace with two daybeds, lounge area with bench and a folding table for outdoor dining. 
The entire apartment was renovated in 2020!

The location is really great! It is a 1st line apartment with 180 degree sea views, near the nice marina. It is a 2-minute walk to the fine sandy beach and the promenade, where it is very cozy in summer and winter . Furthermore,  there is a tram that has a station 10 minutes from the apartment for a wonderful trip  along the coast to the center of Alicante. In every month there are fiestas in the region. There is also a nice market to visit every day in El Campello or the surrounding area. Finally, large supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidle, Mercadona and Carrefour are quickly accessible. A pharmacy is around the corner from the complex. 

There is plenty to do in the area, for example wine tasting in Jalon or Pinoso, a visit to the Guadelest reservoir or visit one of the many castles, but for those who prefer not to drive a car themselves, Dick can safely and comfortably  arrange a tailor-made trip with our SUV for an attractive price.
