The natural stone and stylishly restored finca is located just outside the hustle and bustle of the Costa Blanca and 20/25 minutes by car from the lovely village of Benissa. The finca is located on the edge of the nature reserve around the Sierra de Bernia and therefore total tranquility is guaranteed.
This rural holiday home is surrounded by just over 3 hectares of land. After an unforgettably beautiful drive through the mountains, you arrive at your own holiday finca via a long driveway and you can start enjoying a well-deserved rural holiday in total peace and quiet.
You enter through a closed veranda, after which you enter the spacious living room through the large old front door. Holiday Finca Casa Grillo has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the top floor and 1 on the ground floor. The house has 3 bathrooms and a spacious living room with patio doors to the terrace. Behind the living room, 'en suite' doors give access to the TV room with a lounge corner and a small library.
At the rear of the house is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen door gives access to a small typical Spanish patio.
Casa Grillo is an off-grid holiday home that is fully supplied with power by a large solar power system. If you follow some rules of the game you won't notice this. Moreover, the managers are always close by, as Casa Grillo is part of Agriturismo Refugio Marnes, which is a stone's throw away.
