Also on the ground floor are a spacious master bedroom with patio door leading out to the pool area, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a second very spacious bathroom with toilet and shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there are large walk-in closets and two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes on the landing. The villa is located in a beautiful private garden (lots of privacy) with a spacious swimming pool, several terraces (partly covered) and a beautiful view of the city, harbor, sea and the beautiful Montgo mountain. There is an outdoor shower, a lovely lounge area, bbq, umbrellas and lounge beds. There is a private parking space with automatic door on the property. Outside the gate you can also park (for free).
Denia is a very nice and bustling fishing town with many Spanish residents, beautiful beaches, lots of lovely terraces and fine restaurants. The more touristy Javea and Moraira are nearby! In addition to various water sports, you can also enjoy walking on Las Rotas or on the Montgo.
