The villa sleeps 8 persons in its 4 double bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The villa is fully equipped with air-conditioning in all rooms, wireless internet, satellite tv and a usb media-player connection on all 3 flatscreen tv´s. Covered and uncovered terraces all around the house. Beautiful mature garden with fitted BBQ, large lawn, fruit trees, palm trees, bougainvillea and pool (depth from 1.20 to 2.50m), 3x3m children’s pool (0,60m depth). To the centre of Denia it is 5 km, but the village of La Jara already has a large supermarket, pharmacy and bakery for all your daily needs at just 3 minutes from the villa.

Please note that there are 2 cats around this villa. They are very friendly and used to children. You do not have to let them into the house if you don´t want to, they just need to be fed twice a day outside. Food will be provided.
