We rent a 2-bedroom penthouse apartment with sea views with 70m2 of terraces (spread over two floors) and a 3-bedroom ground floor apartment with enclosed garden. Both apartments are located on the same corner. All amenities within walking distance: bars, small supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlor. Great for children and/or 2 families travelling together but wanting to have their own apartment. 
Located on the coastal road of Denia ́Las Marinas ́. The beach of Las Marinas has been awarded the Blue Flag for many years. The Blue Flag is a recognition of the efforts made by the beach in the areas of environmental and sustainability management, safety, water quality, awareness raising and education, and waste prevention and sorting.
