Los Carmenes corner penthouse

This modern, spacious and very well-equipped flat provides an excellent base for a wonderful holiday. Our penthouse is ideally located in the small and quiet urbanization of Los Carmenes at Las Marinas in Denia. The sandy beach is just 200 meters away, as are numerous bars and restaurants. The apartment has views of the pool, the sea and the Montgó mountain. An elevator will take you to the third and highest floor of the building. You enter the hall, which leads to a spacious lounge/dining room/open kitchen, with sliding doors to a private terrace with garden furniture. The terrace runs around the apartment on 3 sides and there is also a roof terrace. The apartment has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors to the terrace. The next bedroom with two single beds also has access to the terrace. There is a second bathroom that has a shower and a toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed. The entire apartment has air conditioning/heating. Your holiday home is located in a complex closed with remote-controlled gates and you have your own covered parking space. There is Satellite TV in the living room with all Dutch channels. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. A car is not essential although it is advised if you wish to explore the area.
