We are Ann and Will. We are always happy with our beautiful place on the Montgo by the sea in Denia.
Beautiful location, chosen for the views of the sea and the Montgo mountain, the city of Denia and the port. Peace and privacy and close to everything. The view is priceless.
Beautiful swimming pool with BBQ.
Wifi available. New windows, new roof insulated, new balcony, and much more.
It turned out very nicely. The guests like to come back. Superb.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price per week (year 2025/2026) for the months of April to October) includes electricity, water and gas and use of internet (Wi-Fi).
One week is minimum rental period. You pay the price per night x number of nights you stay with a minimum stay of 1 week. Arrival and departure times are free.
The price does not include additional costs (see section "services and additional costs").

Cancellation fees:
In the event of cancellation of your booked holiday home, the cancellation costs are:
6 wks. Before arrival.: 25% of total rent
4 wks. before arrival.: 50% of total rent
7 days. Before arrival.: 90% of total rent
After that: 100%

Arrival and departure time:
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Departure time: 10.30 am (this is the time that you leave the house due to final cleaning on that day before the next tenants arrive.

Our house on the Costa Blanca in Denia is built in a beautiful residential area in a beautiful location on the slope of the Montgo mountain near Denia. It is completely detached and has a lot of privacy. Still built in Spanish style in the early 70s. We want to preserve this authentic style as much as possible. Air conditioning for cool sleeping in the summer and warm in the winter. Digital TV (free-to-air reception) and CD/DVD player, radio. Complete kitchen, cozy living and dining room and conservatory. There are 4 sun loungers by the pool. There is a separate house for the washing machine, because you can bring your own bed linen and towels that you can wash here. There is a barbeque at the pool terrace. From all terraces you have a beautiful view of the sea and the Montgo mountain.
The first week of July there is fiesta in Denia with many activities, parades, Moros Christianos, fireworks in the harbor. If you want to experience a fiesta week, book the first week of July.

The climate in Denia in the months of September and October is ideal, pleasant, averaging 28 deg. and 24 deg respectively. The seawater is also nice and warm: 23 deg. resp.21 gr.

Sights Castle Denia, Marina, Fishermen's Quarter of Denia, Inland is very beautiful. The old roman road above passes the house.

Tips for the tenant.
1- Hike Montgo Natural Park. You're already there. From home to the Carretera de la Colonia. Sea and Montgo views. beautiful road very nice.
2- Walk from home to the center of Denia. Return by taxi.
3- To the port. The ferry Balearia to Ibiza comes every day.
4- Boat trip to Javea along the coast.
5- Old center fishing district. Car-free.
6- Castle visit. Beautiful castle.
7- Our Beach below. at the Boulevard
8- Boulevard Las Rotas along the Sea. 5 km of rocky beach. return by bus.
9- Las Marinas Beach. 15 km of sandy beach with beach restaurants.
10- Eat by the Sea on las Rotas Boulevard. Tapas, Fish, Paella, Risotto.

1- Fiestas in Denia. at the beginning of July. A week of Fiestas with fireworks every night in the harbour. Enjoy from the terrace of the house. First rank. Just at home.
2- Fiestas Denia. Bous al Mar 2 x a day. You can participate yourself.
3- Fiestas Denia. From the Glorietta Running of the Bulls to the Plaza de Toros by the Sea.
4- Bous al Mar is only in Denia. Google Bous al Mar. Just try once.
5- Taureans also have LOL. People too LOL.
6- Procession of old costumes. Very pretty.
7- Reina de Fiestas election.
8- Carrozas de Denia. Floats in honor of the Santissima Sangre de Denia.
9- Everything in the main street Marques de Campo. from the Glorietta to the Port.
10- Always with Fireworks in the harbor. At home on the terrace to enjoy. Wonderful.
