We have already celebrated our holidays in Villa Denia several times and for good reason. The house is beautifully situated on the flanks of the Montgo, giving you a breathtaking view over Denia. The owner puts a lot of love into the house, as evidenced by the beautiful condition of the garden and the improvements made (including a new roof terrace)

We have been to this villa for the third time. This villa has a dream view over the sea. Interior of the villa is authentic. You mainly live outside and we have made a lot of use of the beautiful swimming pool. There were a few minor defects, but they were fixed by Will's team within a day. Will and Ann, thanks!

Nice pool, with lots of privacy. Nice and quiet location but everything close by (supermarkets, beach etc). Also feels very safe in the house.

We have been to this house for the second time. Just like last year enjoyed the great location of the house. With beautiful views of Denia and the Montgo. The pool was wonderfully cooling during the sunny days. And is very private. The ascent and walk on the Montgo via the road just behind the house is doable.

There are several terraces around the house so you can choose sun or shade. Beautiful views over the sea, harbors and the city. Lovely walk on the Montgo and on the boulevard.

The house is located high at the foot of the mountain. A car is a must if you are going here. During the period that we were there, we occasionally had to deal with strong mountain winds.

Air conditioners in the bedrooms work well.

Private pool is super nice and well maintained. The privacy you have on the entire plot is well arranged.

Already our 3rd time in this fine holiday home in Denia. It feels like coming home now! We have been looking for another holiday home and/or apartment with a slightly more modern/luxurious interior this holiday in Denia, but actually nothing could beat the atmosphere of this house and the view and privacy that this house has to offer. So we just keep renting the house of the Eisinga family :-). We look forward to our stay here in June 2023!
