Attractive modern apartment on the second floor with beautiful diverse views of the Mediterranean Sea.

You can sit and eat comfortably in the bright living room. The spacious L-shaped balcony has seating for a coffee or a late-night drink. The kitchen is complete and offers everything you need to cook or make some tapas (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer combination)

Fast internet (fiber optic), TV (all channels) and a music box on which your own music (Spotify) can be played.

This apartment has 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed.

The building has an elevator and a private parking space.

A small rocky beach l'Andrago is a 5-minute walk away. There are 2 sun loungers on the balcony for a comfortable stay on the beach. There are also several trendy restaurants here. Breakfast at Algas, lunch at la Cabana or dinner at las Amantes. A walk of about 20 minutes on a footpath directly along the sea takes you to the center of Moraira. El Portet is the end point for walkers or joggers, all with beautiful views over the sea.

We use reduced monthly rates for the winter months. The rental price includes gas, water and 125 kw electricity per week.

Me, Gerard and my daughter Zora arrange the rental - I have been living here on the Costa Blanca for more than 20 years and can still enjoy the walks, views, sea and mountains every day.

I like to let people enjoy and show the secret places of this region. There are many secret places with deserted beaches, beautiful mountain routes and authentic restaurants. Normally you don't have enough time during your holiday to discover all that, hence my help.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
