Finca Los Bastianos is located at the foot of the mountain "Montgo" in Denia. The house, which has been owned by the family since 1974, was in need of renovation after many wonderful holidays. Everything is now future-proof and ready for many years of enjoyment during the holidays and/or for longer periods in the early or late season. The house is, except for a small step at the terrace and stairs at the veranda, on the ground floor. The kitchen, bathrooms, porch, pool and tennis court have recently been addressed... A Jeu de Boules court has also been built in the cleaned up orchard.
If you want variety and want to give up the swimming pool and/or play tennis, the extensive sandy beach of Denia is accessible via the orange plantations and only a ten-minute drive away... There are also several beautiful golf courses in the vicinity.
Your holiday home has:
- 3 Double bedrooms, all air-conditioned
- 2 Bathrooms with sink, toilet and rain and hand shower
- An open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, in short, fully equipped.
- Living room, also air-conditioned, has patio doors leading to the adjoining porch. The living room has a large fireplace in which a new wood stove has been placed (cozy for the colder months). Also equipped with WIFI TV and a Sonos box for the music streamers. There is also a JBL speaker (works on bluetooth) for the outdoor kitchen.
- A spacious veranda adjacent to the living room has more than enough seating space on the fixed sofas or the loose chairs. A nice place to enjoy the beautiful view over the orange groves, the pine trees and a view of the sea in the distance .
- Adjoining the spacious garden around the house and the swimming pool with lighting (romantic in the evening with the lights on), various sunbeds, outdoor shower and of course the tennis and Jeu de Boules court. Furthermore, the old manual gate has been replaced by an electric sliding gate (with remote control), wonderful what a convenience and luxury. 3 cars can easily be parked on site.
- Weekly (in high season 2X a week) the pool service comes to keep the pool clean and check the quality of the water.
- The gardener also comes once a week (for the grass and any pruning). The garden is equipped with an irrigation-sprinkler system that turns on automatically at night, so don't leave anything on the grass ;-) .
- For our tenants, Desiree and Peter are the (Dutch) point of contact, they will welcome you upon arrival and show you around. On departure, they will receive the keys again and will complete the final check. If there are urgent questions in the meantime (related to the use of the house), you can also contact them.
Denia has a lot to offer, something for everyone;
- The old center with the nice streets and the old castle is easy to reach. You can park your car in the parking garage or one of the parking lots around the old town.
- In 2016, Denia was declared gastronomic no. 1 in the world UNESCO.
- With the Natural del Montgo Natural Park, there are plenty of walking and cycling opportunities.
- Sandy beaches for relaxing, rock beaches for snorkelling and/or diving
- Around Denia there are several beautiful golf courses (La Sella, Oliva Golf, Club de Golf Ifach, Club de golf Javea)
- The shopping mall "Portal la Marina" (in Ondara) only 10 minutes by car
- Javea, Calpe, Altea are nice cities around Denia and the larger cities such as Alicante and Valencia are both a 5-quarters of an hour away. The boat to Ibiza (with the Balearia) departs from the port in Denia.
