The house is located about 30 minutes drive from Alicante airport.

As soon as you arrive, you can feel the relaxed holiday atmosphere. The cozy, covered porch is a fantastic part of the house. With comfortable seating, this is the place to wake up quietly in the morning with a cup of coffee, read a book during the day or enjoy a drink and a snack together in the evening.
Enclosed garden around the house
Around the corner house is a spacious, fully enclosed garden with plenty of privacy. There is plenty of garden furniture available and thanks to its location you can choose between a lovely sunny spot or the cooling shade all day long. Do you want to prepare food on the BBQ? This is not a problem either. There is a stone BBQ available. And perhaps the biggest advantage: the garden is directly adjacent to the swimming pool!
Two swimming pools, also ideal with small children
Directly from the garden you reach the two adjacent communal swimming pools. Both pools also have a shallow area, so that families with young children can also enjoy the water here.

Supermarkets and restaurants
You don't have to take the car for an errand or a nice dinner: supermarkets and restaurants are about 5 minutes' walk away. If you want to enjoy Spanish cuisine, we recommend El Resspiro. This restaurant is located in the old part of Rojales. In the vicinity of Rojales there are even more authentic Spanish restaurants to be found.
Beaches and nature
And of course, the coast is also within easy reach. The various long sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca can be reached by car in about 10 to 15 minutes. Along these beaches you will find several cozy beach bars and restaurants.
Parc Naturel De La Mata Torrevieja; after about 10 minutes by car towards Torrevieja, you will find the beautiful natural park where you can cycle and walk towards and along the salt lakes.
