Villa "Casa Joya" with sea view and view of the Montgo - free Wifi
Beautiful renovated villa at the foot of the Montgo, 2.5-3 km from the sea, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and panoramic views of the sea and the Montgó. The villa features an 8x4 private swimming pool with multiple terraces and a large garage for bicycles, golf bags etc.
Casa Joya is ideal for a holiday on the beach, hiking, golfing, cycling or a relaxing holiday around the villa. Inside, all rooms are air-conditioned (hot/cold). There is underfloor heating all over the first floor.
The villa is located in a protected, quiet and safe area of Denia at the end of a cul-de-sac. This offers the villa enough privacy. Outside there is a private swimming pool, a beautiful overgrown garden, several terraces and BBQ facilities. There is room for 3 cars on the property and possibly 1 in the garage.
Upon entering you will find a spacious living-dining room. In the living room there is a flat screen TV with access to various streaming services. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, an induction hob, a microwave, an oven and a cow/freezer combination. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of appliances so that foodies can indulge themselves in preparing their favorite dishes.
On the same floor you will find two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a separate bathroom with walk-in shower (also guest toilet) and one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and double sink.
In front of the villa is a beautiful covered porch with beautiful views of the sea, the port and the city of Dénia. This is equipped with a large (extendable) dining table with chairs. Here you can sit and reminisce until late at night.
A private entrance leads to the top floor. This cozy (tower) room has two single beds, bathroom and private terrace where you can enjoy the balmy summer evenings until late with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the illuminated port of Denia. In this room there is a refrigerator, Nespresso machine and a kettle so that you have everything close by. There is also a fixed internet connection here to possibly create a home office.
The villa has an 8×4 swimming pool that is in the sun all day with several seating areas, sunbeds, outdoor shower and a fully equipped BBQ area (including fridge). Here you will also find crockery and plastic glasses to use around the pool. Around the villa is a well-kept garden. In the garden there are several fruit trees including citrus trees, a fig tree and banana trees. When the fruits are ripe, you can pick them for your own use.
In short, a wonderful place to spend your holiday in complete luxury and tranquility.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if you cancel two weeks in advance.
50% refund if you cancel 1 week in advance.
Deposit is 20% of the full rent.
Damage and additional costs:
You are responsible for any damage to or in the house caused by you or your fellow travellers during your stay.
The entrance to the villa is equipped with an electric gate. For this you will receive a remote control on arrival. For this we ask you to pay a deposit of € 50 euros. You will receive this back when you return this remote control when you leave.
