This is a very well spacious Holiday Villa and its ideal for a beach or pool type of holiday. It is only 600 meters walk to the golden sandy beach Les Marines and there are plenty of bar/restaurants within a few minutes walk. The Urbanization Garden and pools area is very beautiful and the surrounding garden well maintained.

The property is located in a calm area making it a perfect vacation escape for families and couples. If you would like to enjoy the pulse of Denia, it's just an easy 1,6 km walk from the town centre of Denia with its old quarter and marina, and many restaurants to chose between.

The house is a detached with 2 bedrooms, situated in a Urbanization with its private patio and garden and access into the beautiful communal garden and pool areas included with a children’s pool.

Ground floor, contain of a fully equipped kitchen with pantry and a laundry room.
You will enter into the bright spacious living room with a corner sofa, dining table, desk and a TV, the room is the perfect place to spend after a buzzy day at the beach and/or a great evening in Denia eating at any of the many restaurants you can find in the near area or in the town. One bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet at same floor.

First floor you have two bedrooms, one room have a double bed (160cm) and the other room have two single beds (80cm) that can also be put together. One bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet and bide at same floor.Both bedrooms have balconies to relax at.

The garden is well-maintained and we enjoy spending time in our private garden, where there are a dining table and sofa + 2 chairs to relax in.
