Denia: a pearl on the Costa Blanca

It is not for nothing that Denia is one of the most popular destinations on the Spanish coast. The climate here is perfect: mild winters and warm, but not extreme summers. From May to September, the sun shines brightly, with temperatures usually between 24 and 32 degrees. Ideal for a relaxing holiday!

My home: comfort and view

My house is part of a small, quiet complex with no neighbors above or below you. The complex features a beautiful swimming pool, including a children's pool, surrounded by a sunny terrace.

The house is modern and stylishly furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen and a recently renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Thanks to its location on a hill, you have a breathtaking view, including a view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Terraces for every moment of the day

Morning sun: Enjoy on the covered terrace off the living room, where you can have breakfast with a sea view. This terrace has shade and can be closed off if desired.

Afternoon and evening sun: The terrace at the front of the house offers space for sunbathing or barbecuing.

Location and facilities

Just a 10-minute walk from the coast, where you can choose between rocky and sandy beaches.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning/heating in the living room and master bedroom.

Modern comforts: TV with all channels and excellent WiFi.

Accessibility

Denia is easily accessible via Alicante or Valencia airports, both about an hour's drive away. In Denia you can also rent bicycles to explore the area.
