It is not without reason that Denia is a popular place in Spain . It is a real town with approximately 60,000 inhabitants. A nice center with many shops and a wide choice of restaurants. From very cheap (but still tasty) to restaurants with a Michelin star (which are also very affordable compared to the Netherlands). The climate is ideal. Not cold in winter and not too hot in summer. The sun shines brightly and temperatures are between 24 and 32 degrees almost every day from May to September. We have a semi-detached house in a small row with other houses. There are no neighbors above or below. The small complex has a beautiful swimming pool , with a children's pool. The house is well furnished with modern furniture. There is also a very well equipped kitchen and a new bathroom with walk-in shower. The house is built on a hill, which gives you a beautiful view, including the Mediterranean Sea In the morning the sun shines on the terrace next to the living room. This terrace is covered (therefore shady), but can also be closed. From this terrace you look out over the Mediterranean Sea In the afternoon the sun shines on the other terrace next to the kitchen, where a barbecue is also ready. So you can choose sun or shade. It is only a 10-minute walk to the coast , where you can choose between a rocky or sandy beach. There is air conditioning/heating in the living room and in the master bedroom. There is of course a TV with reception of all channels and excellent WiFi. To reach Denia, you can fly to both Alicante and Valencia. It is an hour's drive from both sides to Denia. Bicycles can also be rented in Denia.
We are a couple with adult children who also regularly come to Spain. We bought this house because Denia is simply a very nice place with a pleasant climate. Because one of us is still working (Laura is the director of a museum), we mainly use the house in the spring and autumn. Naturally, upon arrival you will find a folder with all kinds of tips for excursions and restaurants. You can easily park your car in front of the door.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Review niet afkomstig vanuit een Micazu boeking
Some of our hosts have not yet received any, or only a few, reviews from renters who booked via Micazu. To still provide you with sufficient information about the accommodation, they have the option to have a few reviews written by renters who have previously stayed in the accommodation but booked their stay via another channel. These submitted reviews are monitored by us. Do you doubt whether a review meets our guidelines? Then you can report it here.
