We bought our house in Denia because of the fantastic surroundings and the variety of possibilities.
We are not commercial landlords, but regularly use the apartment ourselves, just like our family. To keep costs under control, we like to rent it to people who, like us, handle it with care. We ask these people for reasonable compensation.
