Beautiful apartment with fantastic views over the rice fields, the sea and the mountain. The apartment is fully equipped and has a new kitchen and bathroom (2023). You will really come home to our house with a cozy interior. It is quietly located at the beginning of the urbanization Monte Pego. Through the private parking you enter the house through the front garden. At the rear is a large terrace. An air conditioner has been installed in the living room and in one bedroom in 2024.
The communal swimming pool is located about 50 meters from the apartment and is beautifully situated among the trees and flowers.
There is plenty to do in the area; wandering around Denia, visit the castle in Denia and the fish auction in the port. The shopping street with its beautiful row of trees is a wonderful place to stay. In the direction of Pego there is a beautiful hiking area. Take a walk to La Font Salada and bring your swimsuit!
Behind Pego are several beautiful valleys with rustic villages. Definitely worth it for a car trip and a walk.
The beaches of Oliva are wonderful and lively. This also applies to the beaches near Javea. A quiet, smaller beach is the closest, less than 10 minutes by car.
In winter, you heat the apartment via the air conditioning. In the winter months there is also a dryer available through the downstairs neighbor Christine. She lives here permanently and keeps an eye on things.
Two weeks before arrival, you will receive a pre-arrival checklist, along with the code of the key box. Towards the end of your stay, you will receive a pre-departure checklist.
