Outdoor living as it should be
The heart of the villa is outside. The rectangular private swimming pool of 4 by 12 meters, with wide stone steps, is large enough to really swim laps. Around the pool, the lawn and sun loungers are laid out, and an outdoor shower and private poolside toilet save you the back-and-forth inside. The villa has three terraces, two of which are covered, so you will always find a place in the sun or in the shade. In the evening, you can cook together in the outdoor kitchen or light the gas barbecue, and sit down at the large table outside for a long Spanish evening. The roof terrace is the place for a glass of wine at sunset.
Inside: space for everyone
With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, everyone has their own place, up to 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, and the washing machine makes a longer stay with children easy. Air conditioning throughout the house keeps it cool on hot summer days. On cooler evenings, the fireplace sets the mood, and there's free wifi and a smart TV throughout.
The area
Beach: Playa Marineta Cassiana with fine sand and shallow waters, ideal for children, is 1.4 km away (17 minutes walk or 4 minutes by car). The rocky coves of Les Rotes and Punta del Raset are 3 km away, perfect for snorkeling.
Nature: the Montgó nature reserve starts 900 meters from the villa. From there you can walk straight up the mountain.
Food and drink: the first restaurants and bars are about 1 km away, such as Folixa Asador Sidrería, Casa Papat and Bar Los Baños.
Dénia: the castle, the port and the cozy tapas streets in the center are 2.9 km away, about a 7-minute drive. From the port, the ferry sails to Ibiza and Formentera.
Accessibility: The train station is 2.2 km away and the bus station is 2.7 km away. Alicante and Valencia airports take about 1 hour and 15 minutes to drive.

House rules
The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Therefore, we ask you to be considerate of the neighbors: silence between 22:00 and 08:00, no parties or events, and no smoking in the villa. For safety reasons, we do not use glass at the pool. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The main booker is at least 28 years old and stays in the villa himself.
