The apartment is located on the highest floor, but at street level. So no need for an elevator or unnecessary stairs! Parking is free in front of the door.

Location
Moraira and Benitachell are located on the Costa Blanca; charming Mediterranean villages. The largest and most famous urbanization Cumbre del Sol is located in Benitachell. It is located 445 meters above sea level and offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape and the sea.

Monte Amigo is located in Cumbre del Sol, in the Montecala district.

The international airports of Valencia and Alicante are located 120 km and 80 km respectively. The AP7 and N332 motorways are not too far from Cumbre del Sol.

We are the very proud owners of this beautiful apartment with a great view of the surrounding mountain landscape. In the vicinity of our apartment we enjoy the sun, the gastronomy, the siestas, the hospitality and the beautiful places that Spain has to offer.

Explanation of prices

Terms and Conditions Monte Amigo
rental period
The rental period in the months of July and August generally runs from Saturday to Saturday. In consultation, the landlord may allow a different arrival or departure day. Outside these months it is possible to arrive and depart on other days. This will be coordinated before the reservation. Arrival between 4 pm and 7 pm. Departure no later than 10:00 am.

Warranty payment
A payment request will be sent after confirmation of your reservation. This concerns 50% of the rent. The remainder of the rent (50%) plus a €200 deposit must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

After the rental period, the apartment is cleaned and checked. If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the total rent is due. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the start of the stay, the full rental price is due. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

Care apartment during stay
At the start of the rental period, the villa is delivered clean, the final cleaning is mandatory.

Pets
In principle, pets are not allowed, but we are open to consultation. We reserve the right to refuse access to the villa if the tenant has brought a pet without consultation.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
