Villa Casa Olivos is located in Benitachell on the Cumbre Del Sol mountain just a few minutes from the sea and the beach playa Moraig. The modern and brightly decorated house is furnished with great attention to detail and offers beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. The accommodation includes a private and a communal  pool. The villa has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi , air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room, satellite TV.


The highlight of the villa is the private outdoor area with garden, partially covered  upper terrace and swimming pool. Here you can relax and unwind. By the pool is a lovingly furnished corner with patio furniture, umbrella and sun loungers. Another terrace offers a dining area and a barbecue, ideal for delicious barbecues in the evening. Just a 3-minute walk from the accommodation, there is another, larger community pool. Here you can refresh yourself in the cool water and swim a few laps. Access with a private key is only available to residents of the surrounding houses.

The nearest restaurants, bars and cafes are a 5-minute drive from the accommodation (2.5 km). A supermarket is a 7-minute drive away (2.8 km). The nearest beach, Cala del Moraig, is a 6-minute drive away (2.8 km).
The Cumbre Del Sol mountain is a national park with breathtaking hiking trails along the coast. Here you will find wild flowers, rosemary and thyme. This region is one of the healthiest places in the world. In the many markets you can buy regional and local products. If you like to play golf, you are in good hands here. With 13 excellent clubs on the Costa Blanca and 4 in and around the Cumbre Del Sol area, there is plenty of variety. Alicante airport can be reached in about 1 hour by car (96 km).

Parking is available on the property and on the street. . Pets are NOT allowed , due to owners allergy to pets.
