Fully renovated apartment on authentic Spanish community in Ciudad Quesada.

We purchased the apartment in 2024. With a lot of love and attention we have renovated the apartment and transformed it into a place where we love to go ourselves.

The peace, light and space create a southern atmosphere. Turn on the fan and open the balcony doors, add a cup of coffee and you certainly don't know it gets any better than this!

The apartment consists of 5 different rooms.

Our favorite place is the balcony. From here you have a view of the pool and if you open the sliding windows completely you feel a lovely breeze. You can enjoy breakfast or dinner here.

Make a cup of coffee in the morning with the Nespresso machine and wake up quietly on the 3-seater lounge sofa. The kitchen is also equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and a Nespresso cup machine. On the very hot days, you turn on the ceiling fan in the living room/kitchen. With no less than 6 settings, you never have to be too hot. During the colder months, you set the fan to a different setting and then it moves the warm air towards you.

The apartment has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds with luxury bedding and no less than three different pillows, because everyone has a different preference.... Sleeping here will be a party anyway. There are large drawers under the beds to store your belongings. In addition, each bedroom has a clothes rack with 16 hangers and a closet with 4 baskets. Furthermore, the bedrooms are equipped with Hisense air conditioners, which cool in the summer and heat in the winter. And finally, both bedrooms have shutters to make it completely dark.

The bathroom.... The gem of the house. Nothing is as nice as a brand new bathroom. With a lovely powerful shower and a niche for the care products. The mirror at the bathroom furniture is equipped with extra LED lighting.

The apartment is located in Ciudad Quesada is a 35-minute drive from Alicante airport. 

There is also a lot to do in the area. Quesada itself has a lively center with many restaurants. The nearest beach is a 12 minute drive away in Guardamar del Segura. This is also a lively place with several beach bars, shops and a nice center. Torrevieja is a 20 minute drive away. And the larger cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and Elche between 30 and 45 minutes drive.

Also not unimportant our apartment is located on a small-scale community where it is always very relaxed, you can look up the hustle and bustle in the area. We have a communal well maintained swimming pool and outdoor showers.
