Casa Mira

This holiday home with a living area of 137 m2 has three bedrooms. It is new and modernly furnished and authentically Spanish on the outside. The house has a private southwest-facing terrace with lounge set and sun beds. From the terrace you have direct access to the beautifully landscaped garden with three large swimming pools and a separate children's/baby pool. There is plenty to do in the area around Ciudad Quesada for both young and old. 12 minutes drive to the beach of Guardamar del Segura (moncayo beach) and within a radius of 22 km there are 10 beautiful golf resorts.

Ground floor: large living room with kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto machine, ceramic hob, washing machine and various kitchen appliances. The living room has internet TV (fast fiber connection). There is also a spacious bedroom downstairs with a double bed and private bathroom and toilet.

1st floor: a second spacious master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed and there is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Each bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and a private balcony. The entire house is modernly furnished and has air conditioning. If desired, we can provide baby/children's equipment.

For wintering we charge a monthly price of 1250 euros including WiFi (fiber) and water. Electricity costs are 0.22 euro cents per Kwh (with normal use this is approximately 4.50 euros per day)
