Location:
At 25 minutes from Alicante airport and in one of the healthiest places in Europe (according to WHO) we offer our apartment.
The marina is located at the front of the apartment (with of course also immediately afterwards the beach and the sea (from the living room and balcony you have sea view.)
On the side of the complex you will find a protected nature reserve of 840 Ha.
The complex consists of 3 residential towers, a beautiful garden with a large swimming pool and children's pool. In addition, a large tennis court and a separate large basketball court. During the day, a caretaker and lifeguard (summer) are present on the complex.
The complex is closed all around by means of a large (remote control) fence. There is a large covered parking garage under the entire complex.
More than 12 (subtropical) golf courses can be found in the immediate vicinity of Guardamar.
Apartment:
The apartment was built in 2010 and is equipped with every luxury. In addition to a dishwasher, the apartment also contains a washing machine and dryer. We also have a Senseo machine in the kitchen. Due to good maintenance and being selective in tenants, the apartment still looks like it does in the photos. We are fond of tidy and dare to guarantee that the apartment is super clean. The TV in the photo has now been replaced by a 46" model with all Dutch channels. There is also a Senseo machine next to a coffee maker.
The apartment is furnished with beautiful and luxurious furniture and completely painted in March 2021.
We now have super fast and stable fiber optic internet in the apartment.
Because we also like to keep it beautiful, we only rent out to young families or
persons over 40 years. (no groups)
