The villa is located in urbanization Castalla Internacional and is built in a residential area. All homes date from 2004 or later. The plot is just over 5 ares in size with its own garden and fully walled with respect for privacy.
The urbanization is located a few kilometers from the village of Castalla among the vineyards and olive groves. It is a very green area.
Villa Luvisol offers sleeping accommodation for 6 to 8 people and has a private swimming pool. With all amenities divided into 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A second bathroom with sink and shower.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
The living room has a dining table for 8 people, lounge with sleeping divan and smart TV. Internet/WiFi available.
There is also an outdoor bar with separate fridge and washing machine.

20 minutes drive from Alicante, 30 minutes from the airport. In addition, to the coastline Calpe, Altea, Villajoyosa, El Campello , Sant Joan, Alicante, Santa Pola and even Murcia very quickly accessible.
Castalla itself has, apart from the castle on the rock, 4 department stores, shops and numerous typical Spanish restaurants.
There is also a market on Saturdays.
