The beautiful Lomas de Campoamor Golf Resort offers everything for a luxury holiday. Beautiful sandy beaches a 10 minute drive from coves, to long sandy beaches. Several marinas. And all within walking distance to the swimming pool, children's playgrounds, a shopping center and large supermarket (just outside the park). So you can walk to several restaurants and pubs. At the resort has a magnificent clubhouse with large terrace (overlooking the Mediterranean and Mar Menor) and good restaurant. There is also an indoor pool, fitness room, tennis and squash courts and even two full football fields directly adjacent to fragrant citrus groves. An oasis of tranquility!

We, Petra & Wout Pool, the proud owners of this TOP Apartment in Lomas de Campoamor, welcome you at this beautiful resort. When we first came here in 2002, we were immediately sold: peace and quiet of the park and also fun, sun, sea and beach nearby. And do not forget: groceries within walking distance. Pure enjoyment and so once in a very healthy environment.

Cancellation policy

The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Lomas de Campoamor is a five star golf resort located at 120 m. Height at 3 km. of coastline on the southern Costa Blanca. This area is also called Orihuela Costa to something more to inland historic town. This environment is by the World Health Organization (WHO) declared one of the healthiest areas in the world. The combination of more than 320 days of sunshine a year, several large salt lakes and mountain ranges in the west to stop the cold Meseta (wind), there is here a unique micro klimaat.Het entire resort occupies less than 700 hectares. and is bordered on three sides by pine forests and citrus plantations. The apartments of the type Eagle are the largest and most luxurious resort. They consist of six buildings, each with only 12 apartments each with its own parking space in the underlying garage.

Central to the resort, opposite the urbanization is the imposing clubhouse and hotel of the Real Club Golf Campoamor. From the terrace there are views over the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. In clear weather you can even see the lighthouse of Cabo Palos on the tip of La Manga lie! For the Clubhouse, the Sports Zone with a separate indoor pool with spa and fitness room. Before 3 floodlit tennis courts and two sqashbanen and two full football fields.

Located between four very different 18-hole golf courses: De Koninklijke Campoamor: sloping and spacious with beautiful views; Las Ramblas: surrounded by pine forests with narrow fairways and ravines; Villamartin: an old beautifully situated PGA course with enough space for players of all levels . Las Colinas: newly opened course in 2010 and part of the famous Troon chain. Within 1 hour's drive there are 15 other golf courses, of which we can recommend the following: Lo Romero: famous for its 'island green' on the par 5 eighteenth;Roda: the wintering base of the European PGA;Vista Bella: expanded to 18 holes in 2011. A course with desert areas and beautiful inland views; La Finca: a beautiful wide set up course in the interior with beautiful views of the typical mountains in the area.

Orihuela Costa has many beautiful beaches. From intimate coves to long sandy beaches. In the summer period from May to September, all beaches monitored. They therefore possess a Red Cross post. And there are also small cabanas on the beach where life is good. The beaches slope gently into the sea, so that it is safe for children. The Mar Menor is the largest inland sea of ??Europe. It is approximately 20 minutes from our apartment. In Lo Pagan, the boundary between the Mar Menor and the salt lakes of San Pedro del Pinatar find - free to use - mud baths. The mud that contains ao much sulfite is a boon for the skin! People with skin complaints already know how well this can work. Rubbing the special entrances, dry in the sun, then wash in the baths and finally a cooling dip in the lovely shallow Mar Menor on the other side of the dike.
